Adam your videos are a Godsend to this new user. Quick question, I LOVE the newsletter templates, but they don't allow for enough words. Is there a way to "merge" two stories into one"?
I'm glad my videos are helping you out, Kara! Thank you for watching them. You could delete the 2nd story placeholder and just continue writing from the first story. If you've already written it, you can copy and paste the 2nd story into the 1st. I hope this helps.
Thank you for good instructions! I have a problem that I hope you can help me with. When sending my newsletter created in Publisher as an email in outlook, the email appears left aligned. I would like the newsletter to appear centered in the email, is it possible?
Hi Hanna, Thank you for watching. I wouldn't send the newsletter in Publisher format. You should convert it to PDF before sending. It'll preserve the document formatting if you do that. Here is a link to how to do that. I use Word in the video, but it's done the same way in Publisher: ruclips.net/video/rhwTsARMNto/видео.html
Hi I have created an E-Newsletter in Publisher, but I can't figure out how to send it to my recipients and have it show up when they open their email. I don't want it to be a PDF. Can you help?
Hi Micki, You could sent the Publisher file as an attachment in the email, but the user would have to have Publisher to be able to open it. That's probably not what you're looking for. The best way to do this is by converting it to a PDF since most email applications have a PDF viewer add-in installed. How come you don't want it to be sent as a PDF file? I'm not sure of a more effective way of doing this.
Hi Maha, I recommend using Google Forms or Survey Monkey for sending surveys. Publisher wouldn't be the best medium since Mac users cannot use it. I hope this helps you out.
Hi Lori, You typically won't want to send Publisher files in an email. Anyone without Publisher will have trouble viewing it. I recommend converting the file to a PDF file, then sending it via email. I have 10 pages sitting in the navigation column on the left side of my screen. I used master pages to get this far. I want to be able to scroll them continuously vertically as one page. I forgot how I did this in the past. Do understand my question?
Hi James, I am not exactly sure what you're looking to do here. You should be able to scroll through the 10 pages with the scroll wheel on your mouse as long as you're in normal view. Perhaps a little more detail would help me figure out what you mean.
Thank you so much for creating this video it was very helpful and straight to the point...
