My partner says it's bad to gather calorie estimates of wearable devices such as garmin as its not very accurate. What's your thoughts. Great video BTW
It’s not ‘bad’ - it’s just not perfect and as long as you don’t take it as gospel then it’s not a problem, they’re (proper watches like Garmin, Suunto etc - Apple Watch is useless) the most accurate within an inaccurate data field, so use them as a guideline not definitively.
