Great video! Thank you! I like your idea of using the chenille as a shoulder and filler for the shanks, and demonstrating how to create the tubing as the shoulder of your front hook. Definitely going to try this in the near future!

Great video, but I am just a little bit worried about the " shank to hook " connection. have you had the "back part" of the fly pulled off??

Have you tried making your own spines ?
I use #10 toothproof in brown, and a 1.5mm looping plyer
