PSA phyllotactic spiral , the neptune arc pulse can also get UNDER OVER in the LEFT column which can be paired with frenzy/volt shot depending on what u want.
Sounds good! Plus it's got that cool origin trait, which is pretty good whenever the artifact has a node that boosts the homing rockets

I’ve been using a bright version of Elsie’s rifle with under over/frenzy.
Same, it was my first shiny drop in onslaught, and I held onto it thinking it might cook when the pulse buff rolled out. I like it a lot.
I was using an Elsies rifle with underover and destabilizing rounds for gm nightfalls this week. Preformed better then expected.

PSA the intrensic description of the breaker mods usually make it where if this weapon has overcharge when overcharge is available. For barrier pulse is the follows:"
"Grants Shield-Piercing Rounds and Overcharge when said modifier is active." And this means the only thing with surges you usally have to worry about are the non breakers and those are basically heavies. Note usually heavies dont have the Overcharge when said modifier is active text.
Nah, best non-subclass agnostic, generalist roll would be firefly + chaos reshaped. You get AOE add clear with firefly, which basically caps your reload speed with a precision kill, paired with a 20-35% dmg boost + periodic healing with chaos reshaped. Unless you're doing lowmans or speed runs, under-over is rarely ever needed.

I was looking at weapons in the enclave and the Neomuna pulse has under over and voltshot, which could be good.
Ive been maining my multimach that has under over plus kinetic tremors, since its antibarrier this season for smgs its also destroying barriers
I got Elsies rifle with under-over and headseeker. Let's just say, overshields dont exist.

I SPECIFICALLY just farmed a world drop Marcato-44 from master lost sectors today hoping to get one with sever+under over. Subjugators resist every damage type BUT their own, which is why I went for THIS machine gun instead of getting an on-paper superior under over hammerhead that can get under over plus a damage perk. I wanted it specifically for the left side subjugator in the Master variant of the witness encounter for my warlock. I've found that subjugator has caused every team I've played with the most problems, and since I'm going to be using Euphony for DPS on strand anyway, I can get double the value out of strand surges while also having the ability to hopefully melt the subjugator while also reducing its damage with sever. I got the freaking roll, and I can't wait to roll into master witness and stunt on these hoes with my next level tech

Under-Over + Incan was my first drop of Nullify and as soon as I realized the pairing with it being Anti barrier Pulse? I knew it would be good.
And man, it really is. It's also the only solar primary to get Under Over + Incandescent . Incan should get the bonus properties of Under Over.

I'm not so sure about this. When encountering barrier champions it's not whether I'm burning down the shield fast enough if I have a barrier weapon, it's having a barrier weapon in the first place. I'll give it a try if I get this weapon though.
I don't have that gun, but I have a Messenger that slaps! I'm using Smallbore, Armor-Piercing, Under-Over, Kinetic Tremors, and One Quiet Moment for the trait.
Yo, idk if it’s just me but I’ve tried on Xbox and on my PlayStation. When I try to go craft a new pulse rifle it auto crashes.

@@moneymaine6465 could try clear console cache. Could try changing your consoles date and time forward, craft it, then go back to regular console time.
Honestly for anything with Anti Barrier, Outbreak is just too good to use any other pulse. And for easier content the firefly incandescent is going to be better.
I made this change and it’s quite a noticeable difference in-game between 99 and 100. Thanks for the tip!

would this work with the intrinsic shielding that tormentors and subjugators have? microcosm shreds them because they have invisible shielding and has an "over under" type buff against shielded enemies.

What is going on with nightfalls. I’ve ran 15 normal nightfalls in a row and received 1 nightfall weapon. It’s supposed to be double drops. Is this happening to anyone else. This is fucking bullshit

@@ckruberducky Adaptive is 600% damage increase and only goes away if you hit an unshielded combatant - over-under is as described in this post and covers: elemental, moth and shadow legion over shields - it's like a leaf blower and that's before you get into kinetic damage boosts. Good hunting.

This is different from outbreak. This is energy slot and it leaves your exotic slot free for whatever. If you wanna speed run a GM you are not using outbreak.
If you want a generic heavy weapon maybe. Microcosm is pretty goated rn

@@ocean_0602 I never would have thought that. Usually for speeds people use wishender or anything that's an instant barrier pop. Or they don't even let a barrier put up the shield.
