If my mother was still alive, she would have laughed out loud to see this one. She was born on the edge of the dustbowl during the Great Depression in a small farmhouse. As the family grew, a silo was attached to the house to serve as the kids' bedroom. No heat, no insulation and very very cold in the winter.
Would love to hear her story!! Very neat
The noise when it rains is very loud! You need some noise cancelling headphones!
I work on a farm with lyng cancer and makes me wonder wre all the animals will go and thats all she wrote .
Now u can go back to your own site . Im hete for music
@@debbievoss3496rain sound is a thing to make me go to sleep. it's music to my ears.
Beautiful silos. I have lived in Montana, just outside of Bozeman for 24 years. Everything has become ridiculously expensive now. My property taxes are now more than my house payment. Definitely a rich man’s playground.
Looked it up online....$1800 for two nights! That seems insane to me, good thing thing the pizza is $5 because that's all you can afford after booking lol
$1800 for 2 nights. Out of my range but they do look nice.
That’s seriously ludicrous. I stay at some VERY nice air bnb’s and I would not book for that price.
I had a very good friend that was a Pastor in Kalispell back in the day. I miss that man RIP Stan.
This is a very unique place & layout. I love it. This will be on my bucket list to stay here. My favorite parts are the floating shelves & the staircase.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Love these silo homes good job Levi
Good Afternoon Levi, Now this is something You don't see often. A Round Airbnb to Stay and its Beautiful. The Kitchen is Adorable and easy to maintain. That pizza 🍕 and drink is a steal, But the Steak its to expensive for Me and at least give You a Bake Potato 🥔. Thanks for Sharing Levi Enjoyed and Blessings 🙏❤️🥰😇 From Pennsylvania,USA
This is a great design within the shape if the silo! Love the staircase & that a king size bed fits in the loft with plenty of headspace😊👍 And the views of the surrounding mountains along with your directions of nearby sites & restaurants add to enticement of visiting. I'm adding it to my list of wonderful tiny homes to see... or make one if my own. Many thanks for another great video!
This looks awesome, like a good place for a few writers to have a retreat.
It would be!
Thank you for sharing this video! I will add this to my stop across the country list when I retired! Excellent job showing the area as well the silo.
Awesome Idea! I love little cute ROUND houses! Make 1000's of them for young people who graduated from high school & the elderly who only have themselves to worry about. Wish they could be painted.
Nah, metal looks cool; and chipped surface would look awful in a few years. I just think it needs lots more trees and landscaping around them.
Absolutely more trees & an outside secluded garden concealed well. @@rzella8022
I’d not design something with stairs for the elderly
Good morning from Oregon Levi. I always look forward to your new videos. Have a nice rest of your Friday. 🙏
Thank you!
the bedroom/loft is amazing!
agreed!
Ditto!
Beautiful , but I would be afraid of tornadoes sitting out in such an open area. What a unique little home.
During a tornado warning every area is an open area. Its a crap shoot.
Meteorology major here. Typically, Montana doesn’t get very many tornadoes per year, and with how close it is to those mountains, it would take a while for a process called “lee cyclogenisis” to take place, which in this mountainous part of the country would be the main mechanism of forming a surface low. Not much to worry about here.

Love this Tiny house, specially the bathroom
Beautifully done interior. In Iowa we call them grain bins 😉
Beautiful silos! Thank you for sharing-
Love the design & excellent use of space . Would make a totally cool tiny house to live in . 💙
A metal house? Hotter than blazes and noisy in rain and hail storms.
Oh my gosh I could live there in a heartbeat ❤❤❤
Such a cool idea!😮
I agree with you, the loft space is my favorite spot! But everything looks comfy.😊
Always love visit National Parks and good food is a must!🤭
Loved this video. Well done.Looking forward to more.
What a smart idea, looks great!
I love the silo concept and scenic view amazing.
Wow! I luv them!
Absolutely love this grain silo concept, thinking of doing one myself.
Havent seen you and your videos in a while! It's always great to see you and the adventures👏
Looks perfect for a singular person. If I was a 25 year old hipster id love that one.
What a wonderful different design 😊 Absolutely Loved that you couldn't wait and took a bite of pizza before filming 😂😂😂
Hahah it was starved😂
Beautiful
Beautiful, thank you for showing it to us.
Another great one Levi.
Alternative living is going to explode when the economy does. Pair up with a tiny home builder to invest and diversify. I’m so proud of you traveling with your young family to film and getting to write most of it off on taxes I hope! Get a good CPA! Another great tour. Thanks
OMG I love this!
How interesting!!! I'm a Kalispell native, who has been gone many years, but my heart will always be in Kalispell.
Wonderful
I miss living in Kalispell, family has been in Eureka and Kalispell and were natives of the land, to expensive to live there anymore though
@LeviKelly you’ll have to come check out ours when they are done! Knot Normal silotels. 80ft concrete silo that will have a big observation deck at the very top🫶🏾. I can’t wait!!!
love these
Love it cute and beautiful
Impressive totally great idea.
Love the loft, you can actually stand up in your bedroom❤❤❤❤
the sound of the rain on whole metal structure would be heaven and in that bed mmmmmm
Beautifully tiny houses
Such a good use of these!! Have seen them used as chicken houses, peacock houses, but i love this
Love this one
very cozy
Lol the cow running at the end was awesome 😊😂
It looks so nice
So neat😮
Super cute
wonderful, I like it
Montana looks beautiful. Very clever concept, grain silos! (Somewhat surprised you couldn't get gluten free, upon request, with the pizza.) (Or any side dish with your entree, kind of lonely on that plate by itself, lol.) Looks like a great place to visit! Enjoyed your tour!
Thank you!!
Totally cool...would make a excellent small cabin on the lake with a view like that ! Very nice 👌
beautiful home
It's nice to hear the way you talk about things
Beautiful 👌
Lovely ❤
Great review
Very nice for a small silo. all that in a silo very good idea.
Love this ❤❤
I think the layout is pretty well done! 👍
Love this one❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ty for sharing 😊😊😊
Beautiful, but super expensive compared to the properties in that area.
They did a great job decorating and the view ❤
this was amazing but you should go to Nebraska! love your vids man! Do more taco food reviews also please! LOVE YOU
Nice. Always to visit Alaska but that could work. Nice video 👍
Looks like a great jump off spot!! ✌️
Wow now in days you could make a Tiny House from anything that could be use to live in..incredible
oh!! beauty house~~free home ground^^.
Awesome
Great Job AS ALWAYS My BROTHER ❤
Where are the cubbards for clothes?
I made custom sugar cookies inspired by you! Tagged you on instagram this morning :) I wish I could tell you how much inspiration and joy your videos and your heart bring into our home as we watch with our coffee every morning!
Wow thank you so much!! I’m sure it’s delicious
$79 slab of meat? I agree, it did look a bit lacking for that price! As salad and a potato would've cost them all of $2 and looked much more generous! Lol All in all it looked like a great stay at a beautiful and unique place!
I just think it’s odd they are called silos when they are actually grain bins. Silos are tall, usually made from cement and used to store silage, hence the name silo.
I grew up on farm. We called them grain bins, but at some of the area mills they called them silos.
Someone did a very nice job of turning them into vacation homes.
Either way, they did a fantastic job.
Being originally from Indiana, I noticed the discrepancy of the name, but hey, tomato tomato.🤣👍
Ooooohhhhhh😮😮😮😮😮!!!
Definitely looks more homey and cozy than the silo the character in the Apple TV series group up in 😂
Linda demais ❤️
You absolutely HAVE to go to Burgertown next time you're in Montana. It's a local staple and their burgers are perfection!!
Forgot to mention hurray for Rosa's pizza & their extremely reasonable prices, but Mercantile Steak seriously needs to dress up that plate! Even a few small new potatoes with thin slices of sweet pepper & sprinkled parsley flakes would make it more worth $70 and also look & taste much more delicious🙂
Castle house of multiple bins. Each kid got their own. West of Marysville, Ohio
I can imagine the beautiful, relaxing sound of rain drops on that roof.
It would be loud and obnoxious, and get old real quick.
It’s deafening in a metal building
You know that metal gets hotter than hell in the summer sun.
Grew up in Montana. Spent many weekends in and around Glacier with friends. Funny the things you take for granted when you grow up there. I sure do miss it but the cost of living in the Whitefish and Kalispell area are insane now compared to when I lived there.
That's so cool that you went to Rosa's pizza. It's a family owned chain and there is a location in the town of fasendon North Dakota. Not sure about the location you were at but the one in North Dakota has something called chuck wagons which is kind of like Peter bread but stuffed with different pizza toppings and when we go to that place we've very seldom get the pizza because the chuck wagons are that good. Also, I one time met someone who makes tiny houses out of grain silos and he had a little church that he had made. When looking in the church he made the joke that this is one of the only churches where the devil can't corner you. Thanks for another fun video.
haha good joke
This video makes me want to go to glacier national park and around the area.
Lovely mini Hotel Rooms, the Loft was Saweet! Skylight would ve amazing over the Bed. Cannit believe you paid $70 for just that Steak. It looked pretty skinny at that n no Sides?? That's just Crazy!!! Vegans eat Steak??? 😂 Way to take another hit for the Viewers! That's Commitment! 😂❤🎉
Sweet as F silos peace & quiet yahoo
Hope you are ok. You seem a little down in the video.❤🙏🏻
That place seems so cool!!!
Not even a baked potato with that $70 steak, whoa!!! Cool silos tho!
Id really like a fireplace or pelket burner in those..i imagine they mostly just rent out in the summer..
Hot damn. Now we're canning people.
Thought about this year's ago. And a double drilling rig or triple with elevator.
Bigger than many 19th century Victorian terraced houses in the UK that still make up a significant proportion of our national housing stock.
Really cool places to visit. And really cool videos. Thanks! ❤️ Speaking of which... If you safe 1 dollar each time you say 'cool'... You might be able to enjoy more steaks... Haha 😂
Wow
Levi have you seen the airbnb listing for Amish Country Silo in Navarre,Ohio? I am guessing if you look it up you might love. I went last month its Awesome.
Ill have to check that out!
This is awesome. I like how each one has an outdoor space, and how they all face the same direction so you're not looking into other peoples silo's. But, why doesnt that cabinet open under the microwave?! I need to know!
Maybe a hot water heater?
Hi there! The answer to the mysterious cabinet...it's where the hot water heater lives! Thanks for looking!
This is cool but I'm waiting for someone to build a house inside of an old water tower.
hope they have storm cellars ... I've seen many corn bins twisted from the wind
$70 for a Bison steak! - that's some people grocery bill for a week!
$70 per person?
$70/week only if you’re living on salad & rice cakes.
