When Jesus spoke of His return, He spoke in terms of “soon” not as immediately but that He would come back. Revelation 22:20, Jesus says, “Surely I am coming soon.” John then adds the words, “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.”
When Is the 'Soon' for Jesus' Return
The Greek word “soon” is tachu, translated as soon or quickly, or without unnecessary delay. Throughout the New Testament, tachu is used most often in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 2:16; 3:11; 11:14; 22:7,12,20).
What is meant by “soon” is that the sovereign events of history have been set in motion that will usher in Christ’s arrival without any unnecessary delay.
Sounds as if you believe any church will do.... what do you mean by Christ centered because the Bible teaches there is only One Church The Church that Christ purchased/Acquired with HIS OWN BLOOD.... The Church of Christ/GOD... ACTS 20:28, EPHESIANS 4:4A

How is SALVATION gifted to man?
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
📖John 3:3 says,
Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be Born Again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
How can a man be BORN-AGAIN?
To be Born-Again in spiritual sense, is to die to our old sinful nature and be born-again in the spirit, to be holy, righteous with a new nature in Christ Jesus.
👉To be born-again, we need to repent & confess our sinful past for a holy future.
What is repentance?
👉 REPENTANCE! Everyone born into this world is a Born-sinner. Human nature is a sinful nature. Sin in us has defiled us and has separated us from the Holy God!
We have to repent for all the unholy, lawless transgressions of God’s commandments done willfully or unknowingly, in order to obtain mercy and grace so that we might not be judged and fall into condemnation, the condemnation of eternal hell.
📖 Acts.3:19 says,..✔️Repent, then, and turn to GOD, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD
What is confession of sins?
👉 CONFESSION! The guilt of sin and it’s condemnation is rolled away if one truly regrets his sinful past and confesses them in the presence of Jesus Christ.
📖Romans.10:9 &10
✔️That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

The chosen ambassadors/APOSTLES of Christ /knew NOTHING ABOUT A SINNERS PRAYER.HIS AMBASSADORS/APOSTLES PREACHED THE ONE GOSPEL ON THE FIRST PENTECOST AFTER THE LORDS ASCENSION BACK TO THE FATHER HAVING RECEIVED ALL POWER AND AUTHORITY ON EARTH AND IN HEAVEN.CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH... CHRIST IS THE SAVIOR OF THE CHURCH... CHRIST IS THE BUILDER OF THE CHURCH WHICH HE PURCHASED WITH HIS OWN BLOOD AND IT BELONGS TO HIM.CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF THE BODY Which is his CHRIST CHURCH. Christ makes the laws.... IF WE CAN'T FIND OR READ ABOUT A BAPTIST, METHODIST, LUTHERAN,MORMON, JEHOVAH'S WITNESS AND THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER MAN MADE DENOMINATIONS IN THE SCRIPTURES WE SHOULD NOT BECOME A PART OF THEM BECAUSE CHRIST IS NOT THEIR SAVIOR,HEAD OR BUILDER AND CHRIST WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEM ON THE LAST DAY Because he doesn't know or claim them or their WORKS.
Everyone is NOT born a sinner.We choose to disobey God.We choose to Sin just as Adam And Eve Genesis 2:16,+17, Genesis 3:6.A baby is not born a sinner. Ezekiel 18:4, Ezekiel 18:20, COLOSSIANS 3:25, Matthew 19:13+14,....it is a choice, free will to do what is right or wrong!!!!!
How does one get into Christ according to the scriptures?
1john 1:9... Addressed to CHRISTIANS in CONTEXT..... they have obeyed the One Faith verses 3-10 And the inspired writer continues in chapter 2 of the same book.There is an example of a Christian sinning and he is TOLD by the lord's APOSTLE what he must do to be forgiven Acts 8:12-24.
First of all, to be “born again,” one must go to the Scriptures to deduce the process. We should never rely on the thoughts, ideas and opinions of men when it comes to all things spiritual (Isa. 55:8-9). Peter wrote, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” (1 Pet. 1:23). The only way today that a spiritual rebirth can take place is if a person obeys God’s Word [today, that would be the New Testament, see Col. 2:14].
So, what does the New Testament command that is to be done for this change to occur? First, a person cannot be “born again” without belief in Jesus as the Son of God. “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins (John 8:24). The only way to develop this faith is to “hear”/study the Bible (Rom. 10:17). Next, one must also repent of his past sins if he wants to be “born again”. “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:” (Acts 17:30). Then, if the rebirth is to take place, a man must also confess his faith that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Rom. 10:10). Finally, for the process to be completed, a man must be baptized for the remission of his sins. “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God” (John 3:5; Acts 2:38).
