This is wonderful. I love that series and wish it was still on. I can't even pick out a favorite, they were all so good. David Suchet was absolutely awesome.
I miss this show so much, my late brother and I watched it together every week religiously while he was living with me until he passed in October 2018. Thankyou Robert and Poirot. 😢😢🙏🏻🙏🏻🇦🇺
As always, compliments to David Suchet for doing a fine job as poirot! 100% my poirot. But Hugh Fraser's rendition of Hastings is not to be ignored, he did such a good job of playing a character who is supposed to have not one intelligent thought in his mind, a blank expression and falls in love with a different woman every other day :')
You shouldn't have missed the Poirot's Mantra: The question is can Hercule Poirot possibly be wrong. But I'm right. Always I am right. It is so invariable. It startles me. And now it looks very much I may be wrong, and it upsets me. And I should not be upset because I am right. I must be right, because I'm never wrong.
I love this show more than any ther show I watch as an adult, even my grandchildren love it now, this and Fraser, those sounds are nan's house 😃😊🤗🤗💞🦘🇦🇺🐨. Thank you so so much 💞😃.
I like the scene where Miss Lemon is talking to a bunch of boys asking for a “penny for the guy”. I’m American, had to look that one up. I think that’s also the show where Miss Lemon loses her keys and stays distraught all weekend. :)
For what it's worth, the Branagh movies got me into reading the Poirot novels in sequence; I just finished The Murder of Roger Ackroyd and started The Big Four!
I see you included the crocodile episode, but what I most like about that episode is the cab ride from the airport, where the tail progressively encroaches into Poirot's face. I also the Chinese laundry episode, where Miss Lemon tries out some pidgin English suggested by Hastings: _Him collar no very good starchy._
@@flowerfleur8105 he was wearing contacts. They're clearly visible at all close-ups. But of course even the greenish lenses cant cover the brown colour so they only give a little greenish shade.
I'm as big as poirot without needing the fat suit. I'm the same height as him, 5'7", and I weigh like 17 stone for real. David Suchet was actually heavy in the adult movie Sunday from the year 1998. But he lost it all again in about 1 second. In the book Poirot was supposed to be only 5'4" and 20 stone and fairly ugly, with pockmarked skin. And he wasn't funny. He was miserable af. The show version is basically completely different from the book version.
"Do not be stinting with your praise" is the most Poirot line ever.
This is wonderful. I love that series and wish it was still on. I can't even pick out a favorite, they were all so good. David Suchet was absolutely awesome.
If you're in the UK you can get all of the episodes on ITV Hub
or buy the 12 boxes of his films and serie
Oui!! 😊
There were no more Poirot stories to make into episodes, only reason it ended
My favorite Poirot actors and series. First rate and second to none! These actors can never be replaced!❤
I totally agree. All these new versions are sham 😊
18:06 “You’re pulling my leg..”
“No, Chief Inspector, Poirot does not pull the legs..” 😂😂😂
"Please don't fraternize with that creature. I am still training him." Priceless!!
This has made me decide to rewatch the entire series for like the... gazillionth time XD
Best Agatha Christie’s Poirot team 💖👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🌟
David Suchet is Poirot, Poirot is David Suchet.
When Hastings broke that window I died
I miss this show so much, my late brother and I watched it together every week religiously while he was living with me until he passed in October 2018. Thankyou Robert and Poirot. 😢😢🙏🏻🙏🏻🇦🇺

I'm so sad that I managed to watch all the Poirot movies. Luckily I started forgetting some of the plots already to watch them again.
Beautifully done! Each one a pleasure!
"Sir there's a gentleman suffering from hercule poirot syndrome!" 😂😂😂😂
Oh yeah....When Poirot caught a cold....Poor Poirot! He's gotta be the worst patient!!
I giggled with every scene.
This is priceless. Poirot would never be the same without hastings japp and miss lemon
Literal truth. The later series without them is garbage. "Dark and gritty" complete malpractice.
I love both of the series ❤
This is my happy place, thank you for uploading

“You don’t happen to have a handicapped card on you, sir?”
“No, no, I’m fine.” 2:59
Absolutely priceless.

So some psychopathic killers and two psychologist.
If only they have met, so many lives could have been spared.
One of the best shows. David Suchet will always be my Poirot

28:48 Japp looking at Poirot as she says " a very peculiar foreigner "
It upsets me that he never made any actual Poirot films. Instead we have to watch Kenneth Branagh butcher a legacy
Kenneth Branagh is the most god awful poirot…….only suchet really brings the character to reality…..
For what it's worth, the Branagh movies got me into reading the Poirot novels in sequence; I just finished The Murder of Roger Ackroyd and started The Big Four!
Most of the episodes are like films anyway so if he was to make a theatrical movie it would have to be about 3 hours long
Thank you so much. I miss seeing the shows every day!
What a fantastic collection. :-)
Love love poirot
Wonderful
Love it! Thank you for making this.
Thank you!!
No one takes Hastings alive.

Good selection, but I miss my favorie. From the Clapham Cook. Annie the scullery maid scenes with Poirot especially the Whie Slavers dialogue.
Love Poirot
You are the best one that has planned Hercule I love your show so much I am 45 years old and I love it like The first time I watch it
12:21 I don’t know why but I really feel that they fall in love with her. Both of them. The soundtrack in the back is the top 👌👌👌
Really would enjoy more of the cases, but do carry on 🎉
Splendid thank you
A delight. Thank you.
These clips were wonderful, but I wish you had left the complete scene of the tasting of the chocolates.
Love it! Thank you 😊
19:36 the funniest
29:20 😂😂😂
I think Poirot is just the French version of Adrian Monk 🤣🤣
Absolute classic
Were ice-cream cones really so skimpy back in 1930's England?
Hastings talking about cubicle whatsits has Bertie Wooster vibes.
❤
❤❤❤
These are on Britbox
I think most people act thay way with bidets.
When you wrong admit it, when your right turn the other cheek, or keep quiet.
Poirots green eyes are mentioned in Agatha's books a lot and and it kinda sucks that they are brown here
David suchet portrays poirot so well that in some scenes his eyes look greenish.
@@flowerfleur8105 he was wearing contacts. They're clearly visible at all close-ups. But of course even the greenish lenses cant cover the brown colour so they only give a little greenish shade.
He is perfect except to such a small little detail and he usually wear contacts to make sure that it meets the specifications of the author
Dude, you got dirt under your nose......
When i read Poirot, i was bored. David Suchet fleshed him out, making him human and his eccentricities interesting.

That’s how you see the character but David Suchet read all the novels and this is how he sees the character. It’s all a matter of interpretation.
24:42 funny scene !
