Is any tech promise that fails or is delayed a few years fraudulent? A semi rolling down a hill or spoofed Tesla FSD videos half a decade ago? Perhaps the lawyers don't have a case but investors should be mindful.
I have a Tesla Model 3 with FSD and a Ford F-150 Lightning with BlueCruise. Awarding BlueCruise as the winner is a joke. It disables hands free in even the slightest highway curve. It can't auto pass. It can't take interchanges. It doesn't stop at lights. It can't execute turns. It's not terrible, it's just not nearly as good as FSD. Maybe if you are comparing base Autopilot, it's a closer comparison- but even then, I'd rather have Autopilot.
1:50 If you listened to someone like Thunderfoot, he'd criticize only Elon for not having FSD fully finished yet, but would never ever pick on any other of the fsd so-called Tesla-killer companies (many defunct) and their promised dates not kept. Nor does he pick on any other commercial space programs but Elon's even tho SpaceX is far in the lead of all the others. Haters gonna hate.
no one but tesla lies abt their Driver Assist Features calling it "Full Self Driving *(not really, just kidding, beta, fake, ponzi, bait n' switch, supervised)" liars gonna lie.
When you purchase AG1, about 35% of what you spend goes to advertising and promoting. There are many superior greens products out there where you are not charged a premium for no benefit to the consumer.
You can test it if you want to, just turn off FSD in the settings and drive, do the old double click and bam basic autopilot. But to be fair Chris from out of spec has confirmed that yes autopilot will still run completely while the interior camera is covered when he was doing his 10% challenge on Kyle’s new Model 3
Yeah, pretty sure basic Autopilot either doesn't use the camera at all whatsoever or only uses it to reduce the frequency of wheel nags. So the only potential impact of covering the camera is that it'd have the shortest possible wheel nag timer at all times. I personally am baffled by that they haven't put the FSD attention monitoring code into Autopilot, even if it has to be more strict because the system is worse. I'm reasonably confident that Autopilot will get a free upgrade eventually to using the FSD code and just restricting it to highway only and disable the ability for it to change lane purely because Tesla don't want to have the Autopilot code around anymore. However, as things stand Autopilot is basically unchanged since 2018 which makes it all the sadder that most legacy automakers still haven't even gotten as good as 7 year old software.
CNBC: the order of best auto pilot matches exactly the ad $ the companies pay NBC. The only competition for FSD is China’s AVATR which is real competition.

I’m just going to through this out there as a rushed random comment but on the optimus robot concept generally. I understand that it will be useful for countries with an aging shrinking workforce in places where it will become dramatically noticeable in the coming decade such are Japan, South korea, Taiwan and China but one problem I haven’t yet heard anyone is talk about is the reality that a declining population means not only a decline in the workforce, which means a supply problem, but a declining population also means a decline in demand. Fixing the workforce shortage is only one half of the equation. Who is going to buy the products of the labour of the optimus robot? With a decline in demand there will be a mandated decline in supply. End to end is not something Tesla came up with. End to end NN has been around much longer in the ML space and it's been the focus of comma AI way before Tesla switched over. Regarding figure AI, companies and data centers routinely use different models to benchmark one another and even open AI does this themselves, having multiple models run simultaneously to compete with each other rather than dedicate all their GPUs to a single run. Deepseek is one of the few companies that dedicate a lot of resources on just one model and even then they still benchmarked it to other external models including some they distilled themselves as described in their last paper. So it's not our of the realm of possibilities that they have different models including open AIs as well as their internal ones that they've been comparing with for a while.
Where shall I start? Ford panicking or reality kicks in? Look at its debt while sales on Ford and everything else ? Wait inflation, consumers can't pay debt, politics, wars, corrections and market / asset over prices i mean so much to list. Anything any data on chart including fords historic price on chart since IPO under $10s while Tesla, Toyota, Honda or anything wherein the same US index as Ford being over priced and due for correction and Ford stock being now at $9s now imagine where that index correction brings Ford stock after a correction? Ford over due for BK for a long time now and there absolutely no way out of it now with things going on specially economy suffering so much and all things being historical worse. Anything any chart look at worse times in the past and now 2025, 1930s, 1970s, 2000s, 2008. Tell me what's looks better ? Hate to say it but reality is pretty bad even to risk more way Trump is doing with extream executive orders risking it more so quick to crash. Imagine world with worker issue farm pickers, land excapers, resturant dishwashers and more fed lay offs unemployment rate would go and shortage of certain workers and inflation would be? Mortgage crisis already hit. Things are so bad to risk. Crash was way over due now question is how Biden was doing it? Who's good and who's bad ? Reality truth is no leaders are good even the way they say only humanity will suffer. Power and greed is bad and God will step in and we all will suffer gods anger and politics torture. Every side we will get hit. It seems DODGE risking it too and causing alot sufferings in humanity not only in US but world wide . So things are very complicated no matter what way we see it and in whos perspective, media , politics themselves, or reality what real results to come. Impossible for humanity to thrive in US or world wide same world order, same empires and continue to add sufferings. What tarifs to bring and who really gonna be impacted ? AMERICANS. Let's say US put 100% tarifs on China then China 100% tarifs on US and an item you pay now $1 that become $2.60 or more for us consumers so who lost ? We lost why? Well before was $1 after $1 more tarifs that country pass that $1 tab to consumers making time $2 instead of $1 now middle man and store profit $60 cent making it $2.60. So all that don't make sense as citizens to fall it will help us. Same way go to AI we must make AI illegal and suport human employees. Unemployment will sky rocket with human sufferings . We shall not let people like Elon to profit . Everyone talks of own pocket and not the people or humanity . Their IQ very high when it comes to their pockets and they know power of media and power of words to make us all look dumb. Think of everything they are doing . Stop spending and stop supporting them. System need to change they all lie. Sufferings is too much how much you paid for eggs? I have been eating egg soaps now I can't even get that so many of you? Look around you what do you see or any data if you can understand just look historicly? We are in Jesus 2nd and turn to whatever God you belive in. Pray and be smart . Stay out of corporations stand against wrong. WW3 started with covid and economy next is AI, Drones, nukes? Again human sufferings workdwide. So many laws, regulations to preventing you from being prepared foodwise or in any way. Can you keep chickens in your back yard? Simple things now you name it. How about fees and costs, fines? All to make you suffer.
Non autonomus renting service scales better at first. Mexico has bolt service they may add Bolt drive before 2025 also Bolt may enter Canada. When trade war starts then those countries will be lost to Bolt Drive and chineese services. Bolt Drive 10x countries in two years having Drive service in all 50+ countries they operate. Also Bolt drive has converted about 10% rides in 3 years. We have 3 competing services in here I dont know that US has such service but Us market is harder to convert.
Proprietary training data is whats valuable for AI. The AI technology itself becomes commodity. Training data for robotics is costly to produce. OpenAIs only competitive advantage is having the capital for a lot compute. Their main models use data freely available for everyone, so there is no moat and cost for AI infrastructure will fall making it accessible for more and more players. Figure would give away their most valuable asset if OpenAI does the training for them. It would be like Tesla would share it's driver data for FSD with others. Elon mentioned on the earnings call, that Optimus requires 20x more compute. I doubt that. I think obtaining the data is the real bottleneck. People doing things 24/7 in a mocap suit.
Tesla doesn’t have as much of a lead as they should have. For years they were taking the wrong path by not using neural nets. Once they began using neural nets they blabbed their progress too much and other companies began using similar methods. When Tesla first began exploring FSD, AI and hardware weren’t ready to make it happen so they were kinda just spinning their tires. The race began when they started using neural nets. I don’t think their previous progress lended itself to their current lead much.
The people who actually built FSD would 100% disagree with your take. Andrej karpathy himself said he always knew FSD would go to neural nets but the steps before we necessary
The January sales figures from Norway continue to tell the story of Tesla's declining sales. The MY and M3 which ended 2024 in first and second place in sales are down in January to 6 th and 7th. OK. The wait for the MY refresh may explain MY sales and so we can justify being complaisant. But it doesn't explain the decline in M3. And this is all as the EV market is starting to really crank up. Norway's latest sales are 96% fully electric. So the future Tesla worked for all these years is starting to come about, just as Tesla is becoming a tarnished brand. Dillon, I am certainly hoping that you can address this in some way on a coming Electrified. Thank you.
The Model 3 isn't a good fit for a family car in Europe. Now the Kia EV3, Skoda Elroq and Volvo EX30 are here, both Model 3 and Y are going to struggle here. Tesla models are too expensive to buy and own. Tyres are too expensive and insurance is too high.
@@rogerfroud300 I think you make a good point that Tesla could have a more competitive line up in Europe. Probably a big part of the reason Tesla has not expanded its product line is management distraction. But whatever the problems in Europe, they don't explain why sales have also dropped precipitously in California and most likely other areas in the US that don't make regular reports. In Massachusetts there are plenty of Teslas -- but I seldom see a refreshed M3, suggesting that recent sales are down. So I think we can't ignore that people are voting with their feet.
"The January sales figures from Norway continue to tell the story of Tesla's declining sales. " What story? "The MY and M3 which ended 2024 in first and second place in sales are down in January to 6 th and 7th. " You mean while the factories where retooling and upgrading? "The wait for the MY refresh may explain MY sales and so we can justify being complaisant" Ah. So the story was a retooling of the factory then? "But it doesn't explain the decline in M3." Yes it does. Factories in China was closed down for a period of time. "So the future Tesla worked for all these years is starting to come about, just as Tesla is becoming a tarnished brand. " Nonsense. Tesla keeps making the best cars out there. The only real competition is a few Chinese brands. Jeff Wecker has really set the standard for others to follow, we love him in Canada🇨🇦as he has been really helpful and changed lots of life's
you have got to be joking.. such a professional analysis.. none of this is ever going to happen.. but good analysis i guess. where's the roadster btw? 2017
Yep, CR’s comparisons ranking Ford #1 and Tesla far down the list is a joke.
Good job, comrade
Friends & family required 😢

What overlap does the Ford foundation have with Ford? They run of the endowment and take no outside financing.
"Consumer Distorts"
I know a local CR reporter and they are all being paid to right their reviews! Don’t trust what you read.
Autopilot will not work if you cover the Camera
@17:28 -- _"Two major investment advisory firms, _*_International Space Station (ISS)_*_ and Glass Lewis..."_
What the actual F are they talking about?! Last time I checked, I'm pretty sure the ISS wasn't an investment advisory firm. Any ideas, anybody?
Going DOWN!🤘🤬
Excellent.
Also, don’t forget that another big “donor” of Consumer Reports is the Alfred R. Sloan Foundation…aka GM.
2027-2030 XAI315K should reach $500-1k it's currently less than a $1. Food for thought.
I am a Canadian early CT reservation holder, a Tesla superfan, and shareholder. I would be embarrassed however to buy another Tesla because the US does not seem to value trading with us .. right after we help fight your fires for F sake. Couple that with Musk’s active ties to Trump and other far right politics and I can no longer support Tesla. I will knowingly settle for a more expensive and less good alternative made in Europe, Asia, or China. Tesla needs to ditch Musk .. politics and running a business don’t mix.
Keep your horseshit opinions in Canada
Sure. Blame the company for your dissatisfaction with the CEO. Don't buy a Tesla. That will really hurt Tesla and Musk. They could go broke, while you drive a subpar car.
I dropped Consumer Reports subscription years ago when they first slighted Tesla for no good reason. Clearly biased. Not good.
Hi Dillion Loomis 🎉❤🙂🌈
heyyya trish!
Will you own an Optimus in a lifetime?
Yes
Elon must step down as Tesla CEO if he is going to be involved in DOGE.
Disagree
Musk isn't going anywhere. Get over it.
@ I believe you are correct even with the significant conflict of interest and his focus on DOGE and not Tesla.
@DavidSeibel-k1y what is it you think he's lacking on at tesla? I here this argument all the time but nobody can answer
Until CR trashed Tesla a couple of years ago my wife and I had been subscribers for 45+ years. No mas.
God bless you sir.
they never engaged FSD they used auto pilot
Just imagine where we'd be if Musk wasn't political and had stayed away from Twitter??? So many people around the world will not be Tesla buyers! ( It is just so sad and unfortunate. )
After using FSD for a month, no way I believe that 17,000 mile claim.
that 17k figure is for waymo
What version are you on?
@ 13.2. It’s good, but I’ve had to save it twice already, or at least I sensed I did. And I’m pretty chill.
@ Ah the Schrodinger's cat paradox you don't know if it would have done fine or if you avoided a crash, well be safe do as you see fit.
@@Barskor1 I’ll let someone else do the stress testing. 😊
Isn´t Figure working with Google?
(About AG1) Been following for years. Thank you for keeping people informed in a fairly non-bias way together with trustworty information and source. However as other comments claim, the kinda "hard promoting" of AG1 is somehow making you less credible. The in deept research you go into TSLA, is not needed to see AG1 is a overpromoted, overpriced greens blend. Peoples money, especially today is better spend elsewhere. AG1 using proprietary blend should be enough to make the product not trustworty or at insane overprice at this current price. AG1 is propperly your number one aff. income and I guess most viewers would understand your chooice. Just know promoting this could come other costs.
1:39 There is still a lack of power at Texas to run the full AI stack because there are only 3 cooling towers running. They still need the new Mega-packs installed.
False! In one of Joe Tegtmeyer's latest videos there were four cooling towers running. Quite possibly all six are operational.
Thanks for continuing updates 🙏 I'd rather trade the stock market as it more profitable.I made an average of $34,500per week even though I barely trade my self...
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk, tolerance either on your own or the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional...

No need to even mention Consumer Reports propaganda. We already know.
XAI315K 35 😂😂😂 or 3500 ?
Might there be large funding from USAID😊
Nice research on the Ford Foundation's influence there! 😆
😂 what about the rumor that Canada would tax Teslas at 100% TARRIF if trump uses tarrif against Canada? FAFO
14:52 The Ferrari looks like any other mid size SUV,
It's a status symbol.so that wont matter! It's like if you want look like a clown, just be seen in a Cybertruck!
I used to trust CR, but they’ve lost their unbiased ways and become impressionable and biased.
Thank you.
Dillion love Elon’s sack to much to be honest and say that Musk is an a-hole is killing the brand.
“Cybertruck” lol
What story?
"The MY and M3 which ended 2024 in first and second place in sales are down in January to 6 th and 7th. "
You mean while the factories where retooling and upgrading?
"The wait for the MY refresh may explain MY sales and so we can justify being complaisant"
Ah. So the story was a retooling of the factory then?
"But it doesn't explain the decline in M3."
Yes it does. Factories in China was closed down for a period of time.
"So the future Tesla worked for all these years is starting to come about, just as Tesla is becoming a tarnished brand. "
Nonsense. Tesla keeps making the best cars out there. The only real competition is a few Chinese brands.
"Dillon, I am certainly hoping that you can address this in some way on a coming Electrified. "
Address what? Your fantasies about a tarnished brand?
Chinese (huawei) lidar FAR cheaper than US
Shhh you were supposed to keep XAI315K a secret. it's literally going to be a million dollar return investment
