Aches and Pains During (or after) a Viral Infection?

- It's very common to experience aches and pains during a viral infection. However, some viral infections really increase the intensity.
There is a biochemical reason for this which I want to share with you.
It has to do with how your body responds to infections.
When you are healthy, your mitochondria use oxygen to make energy known as ATP. Your muscles feel good, your brain feels good and you have energy.
When you are fighting a viral infection, your mitochondria shift into immune support mode. Less energy is made and more oxygen is used to make inflammatory compounds which are used by your immune system to kill viruses.
When this happens, your muscles ache, your brain fog increases and your fatigue is next level.
Support your mitochondria health and antioxidant levels by using PQQ. PQQ is the most potent antioxidant known. It has way more antioxidant properties than quercetin, vitamin C, vitamin E and others.
PQQ has 20,000 times it can act as an antioxidant before it's damaged whereas quercetin has 800 and vitamin C has only 4!

Wow this was me a few days ago and a little still today!! I’ve been just suffering through it!! I’ve had a SI joint problem and now that I tested positive it has been in even mooore pain! I’m adding that to my order! Thank you!!!
I was getting sick last week. I had purchased Seeking Health PCQ lozenges last month thank goodness. I was ready to go to the races after 2 and a half days. 👍 Quick question Dr. Lynch: we have have our Strategene reports. Can you explain how Quercetin, garlic, and grapefruit can effect the genes? Quercetin seems to be the go to lately. You mentioned it briefly in the videos, but I need a quick bone head 101 video. 😬 Thank you for everything! My family is in better health because of your work!
Glad you felt better fast :) Your question is pretty loaded. Quercetin is an antioxidant and it also helps the body absorb zinc.
@@DrBenLynch Ok. Thank you!
So if we take pQQ do we need to take vitamin c and Quercetin? I do both of these daily so I wasn’t sure
I use the Glutathione plus and it is fantastic for me, Gives me clearer eyes sight and mind and I received the optimal electroyles today and wow I got energy within 5 minutes of taking it plus I felt a sense of cleanness, strange plus my mind seems clearer. Absolutely amazing. I have fibromyalgia so this is why I chose the two products. Also suffer with tight muscles especially my legs and back nerve impingement. Thanks Doc, Your are brilliant
Hi Patricia - awesome to hear! ;) Yes, the Optimal Glutathione Plus and Optimal Electrolyte are awesome. Great combination, too. Try adding in sauna as you can - slowly ;) - www.seekinghealth.com/pages/how-to-sauna
Is PPQ worth taking?
Although PQQ is essential for human health, there's limited evidence that the supplemental form provides any meaningful health benefits. That said, early research suggests that PQQ may help reduce inflammation and improve mitochondrial function.
From the massive amount of positive feedback from many people, yes, absolutely PQQ is worth taking. I, personally, notice improvement quickly. My wife swears by the stuff and usually she doesn't feel any supplement making a difference. She loves PQQ Lozenge.
Been a long hauler since March 2020. Neurologist leaning to chronic fatigue and/or fibromyalgia. I’ve tried many supplements. It’s all so overwhelming.
I'd lean towards two supplements: Optimal Electrolyte and PQQ Lozenge. Then, I'd hop in a sauna at least a few times a week.
Dr. Lynch is it safe to take PPQ or Glutathione Plus while breastfeeding. My child will turn 2 yrs tomorrow.
Can NAC sub for glutathione. Have a lot of that.
Would PQQ alleviate a sensation of cold in the limbs?
seems to me more than just PQQ would be needed. Would PQQ potentially help? Yes. But other things must be evaluated. Read Dirty Genes - especially that NOS3 chapter.
Does Ibuprophen also deplete your glutathione ?
If the PQQ does turn your teeth blue, how long does that effect last?
My son and I never got the vaxx, but got a flu for 17 days (not confirmed whether covid or not), but we are having pains in our heart (occasionally) - never had this before. Any suggestions?? We’re going to our physician for a check up as well.
Just got a bulk amount of your products!
My friend had that and she did have covid, her nurse friend told her to take a baby aspirin. I remember when I had it I also had some weird heart feelings as well. Looking back I wish I would have taken the baby aspirin. A lot of people take it during the infection and afterwards as a preventative for complications
@@mariefonder2389 we sometimes drink magnesium powder water and this helps so much! Try it? Yes, we have low dose aspirin, and thank you 😊
I have chronic pain. Would PQQ be beneficial in helping calm the body's inflammatory response to the pain? My main symptoms of that are chronic (constant) sore throat, chills (as though I have a fever but don't), and occasional body aches.
PQQ Lozenge may help along with Vitamin A Drops for your throat. I suspect foods are causing an issue for you. I'd definitely go gluten-free and cow dairy free for 2 weeks and see how you improve. Whatever foods you eat the most may be triggering these symptoms.
@@DrBenLynch Thank you. I’ve been GF & DF for a very long time and eat very clean. I also suspect EMF sensitivity as I stopped wearing my fitness watch (FitBit) two days ago and my throat has drastically improved.
Unfortunately I don’t see the BOGO free.
Can children use Glutathione after Tylenol usage? Or is there another way to restore their Glutathione?
yes - and use the liposomal so you can control the amounts. Use just a few drops possibly mixed with Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C as the taste of glutathione isn't very good. The Optimal Liposomal Glutathione Mint is pretty good but not amazing. Kids won't like it. So mix with the vitamin C liposomal or a sip of juice. www.seekinghealth.com/products/optimal-liposomal-glutathione
@@DrBenLynch Awesome thank you Dr Lynch!
