He literally covers everything. I have said vicious violent and horrible, unforgivable things to my mother and punched loads of holes in her house walls and stopped speaking to her for nearly 7 years. Now I am 35, have been unemployed my whole life, stoned for 20 years nearly daily and have no friends no travel experience overweight never experienced a relationship and at risk of prison. I have never apologized but I've told her I love her and we've hugged But maybe it is time to actually tell her I am sorry and that she will never hear or read an unkind word or one word of blame from me again? And I hope that in the present moment the healing can be finalised...I love my mother. She is strong, kind and courageous. I am writing this partly for anyone who cares to read but also to reinforce it in myself. Thank you for anyone who does read this 🙏

mate, I envy you with all my heart. My mother died 30 years ago and now I miss her and need her so badly, you cannot imagine. Most of all I need her to know how sorry I am for turning my back on her for years, it is a pain that almost destroys me, I cannot bear it. Now I am older than she ever was I can see how it was for her - unloved, neglected. I'd give anything to be in the mess you are in, and be able to spend time, simply be with my mother, let her know she matters. My mother never got that.

You are blessed to have your mother still living. Follow your heart and express your love. My mother gone for years now and there are few days I don't thank her for what she gave to me. Thank you for your message.

You've evolved and grown into a much wiser person. Lucky your mum is still here. Ask your mum for her forgiveness, and stick to your promises. Also, forgive yourself, that's so important.
Try and do Ho'Oponno. It helps.
Be kind to yourself and others.
You'll see, life will be different for you after that. Take care. 🙏

Thankyou for this ,it is so good. I sat with the ceremonies last week and was deeply moved by the love and gratitude all around in Plum Village and within myself. I am 70 and beginning to feel some strong regrets and especially about my mother so this seemed so appropriate and fortunate for me to find today. In his passing I find this great tacher in Thay as you call him and a real appreciation of all his talks that are available. I feel a lot of things listening to him and I am aware that he is deeply loved and mourned by all in his community and my heart goes out to all who love him.

Learning to let o particularly of our regrets, that we can’t change, is the only answer to finding peace. Learn from it, let it go, strive to do better in the future. There’s beauty in such simplicity.

And if you go deep enough, you can touch the past, I believe this, you can even go further, before the wound, each action by each party, layered like an onion and timestamped in recall, and you can really pay attention to how actions and non actions and the whole process went, it is therapeutic to see. There were causes and there were actions. Regrettable actions. And that by sober people. When you add mind altering substances, well, surely that gets messy. Let us tend our gardens with care people. Let us bear fruit in this world and not neglect. Striving to be a light in the dark for others, as each we can, and a good example, including patience, peace, and purpose. Peace out.

The past is disguised in the present moment so the present moment even becomes the past and I have every opportunity to heal the past when I practise mindfulness in the present moment in the here and now for my continuation. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏❤

I feel a sense of relief that I have my direction in life again, whether for a short while or long one. I have a great deal of pain so I may as well get busy and remember how to transform and help as I once did. What else is there to do?There's lots of support here.Thank you.

I struggel with this, i wish i had been in a relantionship, buti struggel with something called none verbal learning disorder and ocd sometimes anf use alot of my energy just to stay present, its like you need to be so present in friendships and relationships, i regret for being to hard on myself or being to sensetive, but i usually say i have to find my own way of being happy or my own defenition of it, and not something that is rules by what everyone else is doing to be happy for being normal as a human( one of my biggest dreams was to just be very normal, but i dont know if its possible anymore, but once i "shift" my thinking into what i am doing and that there is no one like you and no one like me, i feel a bit bettet

Can I ask forgiveness (in my mind) from a person I hurt many years ago? He's still around but saying I'm sorry in person is probably not the best idea.

Yes, forgiveness is the best medicine! Just a pity he doesn't talk about having regrets the other way round. When one is very mindful, and evolved, but life and people have been so hard, unfair and nasty to you, over and over, then it's also a regret that one's life hasn't been milder or kinder. Especially when one is a very kind soul and good person, evolved and always handing out help to others, etc. When in need, one should also be able to get help...
It's not about the recognition which fails, but the fact one is just worn out of all that hatred and negativity from others. And from life. For no reason but pure jealousy or personal complexes, humans can be so nasty. And life has lots of challenges too.
So, yes, one can forgive them too.
But, how does one get the strength back, when older and weaker, to continue life after so many decades of hardships, blocks, etc...?
It's usually the other way round, when one talks about regrets.
But, in rare cases it can be like this. And then practicing forgiveness towards others, or life happenings, is sometimes just not enough. One really wants the others to ask for forgiveness. And, for life to be kinder and easier!
    Namaste. 🙏

it is a very interesting question. However, I got distracted and feel frustrated by hearing someone was coughing as a background noise. I wish someone handed that person lozenges OR the person has enough awareness to leave the room.

      Honey would help too.
Or if one is truly ill, coughing around others is not mindful of others health.
It’s probably more difficult for us who are not present in the room to hear as well as those who are present in the room with the Master.
I had to listen 3/X to absorb the message . I really wanted to “ hear “ and absorb the teachings 🙏

Is death even necessary? There have been many video’s of those that channeled the teacher Jesus and he had stated many times that we only die because we believe that death exists and we are born because we believe that’s how we come into existence. Is there another way to enter and exit the Earth Plane?
