Bunk beds allow you to sleep seven to eight in this motorhome, so grab your friends and head out! The swivel captain's seats can become a part of the living area once you park, and you'll find additional seating on the sofa and booth dinette. Really appreciated everything you showed us. He did a great job. The only additional thing I would’ve liked to seeing is putting out the slide and the awning. We just purchased this unit and I have yet to see how it works.

Hey Mike hope you're having a great day? I hope that you're able to start making more videos? I really like this 2023 Jayco GreyHawk 31F. It has plenty of sleeping spaces which is awesome. Where is the tv for the couch an dinette area? I really like that you can give each bunk a small tv that way the kids aren't arguing about what they watch. I like the bunk over the cab, it takes me back to when I was driving a 18 wheeler. I like that you will be able to stay an camp just about everywhere. I get aggravated that salesmen can’t even provide a base price. It’s probably the most important information a person needs.
There is no real base price. The actual prices can vary so much from the msrp that a base price is meaningless.
Could you speak to about the engine; diesel vs gas?
The new (2020) Godzilla V8 in this coach was made by Ford to fill the gap between the older V10 and top of the line diesel engine in ford's F series. Is has increased HP and Torque at lower RPMs and mated to the 6sp tranny (and 4.30 rear axle) really adds some muscle to the Ford E450 used in class Cs.
We bought a Jayco 2022 Greyhawk 27U (tad smaller then the coach in this video at 30feet) and love the motor so far. Have 5000 miles so far since purchase in March... averaging 11.3 MPG on flat highways and 10.8 with mountains involved here in California. Most of my driving has been at 60 MPH. This will probably fall to 7-8 MPG with TOAD.

They were retailing for about $115k and seeling for about $80k in 2015-2017 when i bought mine. Now i'm seeing they're retailing around $150k. But remember the rv industry lists most everything about 30% above what they expect you to pay umless you go to a show. RV shows typically show the best selling price and you can get the steepest discounts. Never pay msrp for an RV! Good luck!

I owned a 2015 31fs Greyhawk for 5 years and loved absolutely every minute of having and using it. It was a sad day when i sold it at begin of covid.
I was going to go with a smaller unit now for travel during retirement. But these units are so easy to work on (chassis wise) and maintain yourself, that I think I'm going to go with what I already know and love 😄

Renting out an RV when you aren’t using it can pay 100% of the cost and much more.
I was almost sold. Until I saw tv placement. That's a deal breaker for us.

i have looked at just about every class c rv there is and im very disapointed that tvs and fireplaces are not important in all models the one ithink is best is the jayco greyhawk 30z which offers a 50 inch smart tv with a good size fireplace 40 inchs and as well a smart tv in the bedroom and as well you can still acsess almost everything with slides in now thats what they call good plain old common sense i think the rest of the manufacturers should get on the band wagon theres only one thing missing that would make this unit the best on the block and thats an outdoor kitchen but i guess you cant have everything and when im ready to buy the 30z is what ill order but not in the pucky farmhouse decor i want darker cuboards and light colored furniture but by the time im ready to buy theyll do what they always do and say thats not offered anymore way to go jayco and the 30z i want one

can you get one with a diesel engine?
We are trying to decide between the 31F and the Minnie Winnnie 31H..... Since most people who would be interested in a bunk house would more than likely be travelling with kids, it would be nice to see what this unit looks like in road mode. Thanks for the video! It is very helpful.

Is the build quality really that good? Several videos online showed nightmare situations for this manufacturer with no customer support.
It's great layout, but I really dislike the swing arm TVs, only 1person can really watch. The couch is neck breaker.
