After RVing since the 70's, we have been wowed by our 21 Coachmen 29KB floorplan. Still small enough to get most anywhere but about the only Class C that we have found that provides combo washer/dryer hookup, king bed in separate bedroom, big TV directly across from seating, a 30" x 36" shower, full length outdoor awning, and LOTS of big storage areas. We don't go RVing to watch TV but I do enjoy being able to watch the news when I have my morning coffee. The folding bed is not optimal but it does allow for a lot more space in lots of different RV floorplans so we put up with it.
Yes I love my Jayco 24B it's my perfect home. I do agree that the windows are bad. But it just works for me. I'm a 65 disabled female and it give me everything I need. It's easy to drive an park. The tanks a just the right size for one person that likes to boondocks. I Can fill my tanks once a month an dump once a month if I want to. I love it.
Love, love, love my 24B. It has a couple of mods done to make the driving experience even better, it’s not perfect but are any rv’s. It is a quiet and comfortable Coach. Mine is a 2020. My one beef....with the slide in, there is no access to the closet in the rear, if they switched the hinge to the opposite side , access would be available to at least half of the closet.
We used to use a towel but now to stop glass top rattle we use small felt cushions on the glass top at the hinge location and one on each front corner of the iron grill. Front burner is in the middle away from them so they do not burn.
I dont like the grey and white decor at all. And why does Jayco insist on putting tiny ovens in their products. Just watched a 5th wheel that has that same easy bake oven in it. I like the flooring. Closet space is good. I agree about the negative aspect of the dinette windows.
I have been doing so much research deciding between a travel trailer and a Class C. RV manufacturers need to stop hiring DEI and focus on competent designers. Good presentation.

I love that my Jayco 27NF has 7' ceiling rather than 6'9" like others. Makes the over cab so much more roomy. ↕

Thanks for the tip!
Awning windows can be open in the rain.
To help with breeze, turn on the Fajita Friday Fart Fan🌬
The windows are great if you turn the maxxaire fan on low. Is the fridge 12 volt? And, is there an option I lieu of the dinette?
these do not have a 12 volt fridge. 24b i have only seen the booth table
I think I'd rather have theater seating rather than a dinette. Is that an option?
It's an option, but in this model, your tv is all but useless.
@@gregwyant8853 why is that? new to RVing
The 24B shown in the video has the tv on the slide wall with dinette.. With theater seating, you will be facing away from tv...
How much lift is necessary to clear 235/85 tires? We have gotten too old and feeble to struggle with 6".
YOu can do the 4" kit and run a 235-85-16, let us know if you have additional questions.
@@WeldtecDesigns Thank you! I'm hoping to be able to do this in the fall!
I'm looking for the jayco redhawk 24b with the slide out and 4x4 with a lift just like the one in video. Wear how who to talk to. Please
Jeremy.... We need your solar upgrade video 🌞
Thank you for reminding me!
It’s the width that keeps me away from these types. Would like to see these under 8’ wide.
I will see what i can find! That would most likely be a class B style van.
What year is that Jayco?
2024
ya what he said! Thanks Greg...
What’s the lift? How much to buy? How much to
Install?
This was a 6" lift kit . Here is the link: weldtecdesigns.com/product/wtd-ford-e-series-class-c-rv-6-suspension-lift-kit-fox-shocks/
