What a special Valentine with an overnight stay in Wentzl . Menu was very interesting, but tasting menus are popular in Kraków . Hotels like Stary, Copernicus and other restaurants do it. However having heart of Kraków in the palm of your hand on that balcony, wake up to the sound of hejnał, be greeted by flower sellers with the word LOVE . Ps. Only waiter wore a tie. Piano player, other guests did not. People travel for 3-4 days with a hand luggage to sample culinary weekends delights. Wear a tie...you will be overdressed.

We have seen recommendations about a restaurant called Rzeźnia - Ribs On Fire, have you tried there or done a video there? We love to hear your opinion on the restaurant if you have been there Thanks
Love Krakow, but for me, winter there is unbearable-and I am not referring to the weather, but to the wrenching air quality! I know you lived in LA smog, which also sucks, but Krakow is worse-aren't you bothered by or concerned by the treacherous air quality of the coal burning that invades Krakow in winter?
It doesn't trouble me. Not sure if that is because it has improved or because of my poor senses. Nina has a very sensitive sense of smell, hasn't been too troubled so far this winter
@@rp6762 As far as I'm concerned you could be naked . Wouldn't bother me but most high-end establishment have certain rules aka dress codes. I personally don't judge anybody. I wasn't implementing or conveying any message ,just surprised that's all.

Hi. I had a take out from there about one year ago - wasn't greatly impressed truthfully. I like the ribs at Golonkarnia and at Ogniem i Mecziem

Maybe Covid has changed that - establishments have to adapt to stay in business and such formality would seem more and more a relic of a bygone era
