TOP BEST SANDY BEACHES IN ENGLAND UK

- I have been so many times to an England beach to find out it was full of stones, instead of sand. Today I decided to do a research and find out which one has actually sand and not stones. I created this video to help other people find the right beach, with SAND.
I have created a list of 7 beaches:
1. Longsands Beach, Tynemouth
2. Whitby Beach, North Yorkshire
3. Holkham Beach, Norfolk
4. Camber Sands, East Sussex
5. West Wittering Beach, Chichester
5. Bournemouth Beach, Bournemouth
6. Weymouth Beach, Dorset
7. Porthmeor & Portminster Beach, St Ives, Cornwall
The distances are calculated from WC1 Center of London.

Cornwall and Weymouth are nice,good idea about the sandcastle competition
Another thumbs up for Porthmeor - have been several times since I was a kid. Now in my 50s and still love it … always stay in one of the B&B’s on Beach Road which overlooks it.
Love Holkham too
Love both Bournemouth & Weymouth beaches ❤️
But my current fave is Woolacombe Sands, North Devon 🏖️ That's my number 1 (for now).
I absolutely love Cornwall ❤
Weymouth is where my aunt and uncle live we go there to visit a lot the drive is long from Welwyn but worth it great town and amazing beaches

The beach on St. Ives is gorgeous and looks so tropical. I wonder if the water gets warm in the summer. The beach is one of my favorite places to be.
Cant deny with the last one.. St Ives... Was there in 2019 for 4 nights... Will go there again...

..because every single beach in England is provided solely for the convenience of people in London, so knowing how far it is from London is the only important bit of information anyone needs. Other unimportant pieces of information include the fact that Bournemouth is in DORSET, (describing Bournemouth beach as being in Bournemouth is all the information the important people in London will need!)

@Leo Maunsell But the population of England is 56 and a quarter million, so that's 48 and a quarter million who DON'T live in London, but obviously, by your reckoning, it's only the 14% of people in England that live in London to do any travelling: and over 85% (i.e. the rest of us,) are in a permanent state of lockdown and don't travel anywhere.

I have never been to thoses beaches in my life but l see on the internet whose sand and beaches are fascinating enough for visit in an empty time for recognize
Sandbanks is best beach, by far, Studland Bay, Weymouth and Swanage not to be forgotten, as all 4 of these beaches are top quality beaches in Dorset.
so many too choose in dorset,sandbanks is amazing so is bournmouth beach so beautiful....

Thumbs up to the Brits for having the best beaches in the world. And some seem to be sub-tropical very nice... We here in Australia have beaches that are sub-par compared to the British beaches. No need to go to Australia for a summer vacation. 💕💕💕💕 love your beaches 💯 the best

Yeah England gots some purrty beaches
Some of my family live at Cornwall so we go there every year 350 miles away my dad always drives it 5 hours away with no traffic and my favourite beach is Treyarnon Bay, Cornwall
