-1/3 Cup of Lime juice
- 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 2 teaspoons of Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin
-1/2 teaspoon of Salt
-1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
-1/2 cup of Chopped Cilantro
GARLIC LEMON DILL CHICKEN
- 2 Chicken Breast (Sliced in half to make 4 cutlets)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Diced Onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Butter
- 2 teaspoons of Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon (or to taste)
- 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoons of Chopped Dill
