Pronunciation of words in Nigeria also depends on the tribe one originate from. If I meet a Nigerian in Kenya for example I may easily know his tribe or region through his pronunciation of words.
A bit of trivia for y'all. While Nigeria and Kenya were colonised by the British Cameroon was German colony but was seized by the British and French in WW1.
The Nigerian lady is intentionally pronouncing nonsense. No Nigerian that i've met pronounces garage, hippopotamus the way that lady did. The Cameroonian way of pronunciation is same as the standard Nigerian pronunciation. Even the chocolate is Yorubanized pronunciation, not the general Nigerian pronunciation.
😂😂😂😂😂 this is so funny!! Enlightening as well, I didn't know Cameroon is bilingual, I always assumed they are completely Francophone. Really good content 😊❤ @trizahmurage @ujtv112 @christellesafricanlifestyl5834 🎉🎉🎉

Kenyan English is very close to British pronunciation... Our English teachers did not allow us to Kenyanize the language at all 😂😂

Because they colonised us
Cameroon English is tinted with French. Cameroon Garage and macaroni are French accent.
