“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6
Thank you, Pastor Guzik, for sharing your answers to these questions. I always learn something from your videos. May God bless you, your wife, and your ministries.
It goes back to Nimrod. That’s what the 25th celebrates. Gilgamesh and Osiris. It’s not saturnalia. It all goes back to nimrod and the birth of his son which was supposed to be a reincarnation of him.
Depends on how you celebrate it. We have choir and musical performances in which every song celebrates Jesus, we go to church Christmas Eve to sing carols extolling Jesus, we decorate our house and lawn with a Nativity scene, and we pray as a family on Christmas Day before gifts (which echo the gifts Jesus has given us).
Christmas is pagan… he was born during the feast of tabernacles and died during feast of Passover. Jeremiah 10:2-4 talks about heathen cutting a tree and decking it with silver and gold.
Look for Wes Huff's video on Christmas and paganism. There are big differences between decorating one's house with a tree and the Idol worship described in Jeremiah.
@@idavidp2895 we don't worship a tree..... I worship Jesus. You can turn this out to be a pharasee thing. God knows our heart. If u don't want to do Christmas fine. But let others celebrate the way they want.
Watching from Africa Uganda ❤
Who cares when He was born. I celebrate everyday that He was born at all.
Jesus Christ was born
That is what we remember and celebrate
We celebrate His death and Resurrection - Easter
We celebrate His birth- Christmas
"Don't trust comparisons that only look at similarities."
Wise words. Thank you, Pastor Guzik. We must examine the differences as well.

The day he was born he was born to die so that’s interesting to me .
Conceived, not born.
Even if it was or wasn't a pagan holiday. It's a pagan celebration these days.
