Nicholas, I own the Celeste headphones, and have now since December of 2021 and enjoy them every day. I will tell anyone considering purchasing these that they need breaking in to reach their full potential. Once done, they won’t disappoint. I have mine next to my chair and play through my iPad Pro using an iFi Zen DAC V2. If I have any issue with them, it’s the supplied cord. On the good side, the connectors lock into the cups although I have never had one pull out on any headphone. Two things on the bad side: 1. The cord is too short, and 2. It is too stiff and to this day maintains the folded memory. I have purchased from Apos, a 5’ fabric cord that doesn’t lock into the cups, but that’s OK, it is more pliant and longer. I have to agree with one of the other commenters, your “review” of the Celeste wasn’t a review but simply a description, an advertisement. If you said anything about their performance at all, it was that they have “good bass”. I was a little disappointed and thought you would have been a little bit more fair in your assessment especially given your glowing review of the Clear MG.
hi michael i get celestees just 3 weeks ago im not fully convinced of sound they have 25 hours how long did they take till they perform at full potencial
I purchased the MGs and I really like them but imo need a bit of eq to get the best out of them - highs need to be pushed up a bit and 1-2k needs pulled back to remove the boxy sound - subbass can stand a bit of lift and pull back around 200hz - if you like intimate smooth vocals and punchy sound these are awesome but if you are looking for deep separated soundstage I would go elsewhere - comparing to my Ananda these are a nice departure with a very different in your head presentation which I also love
@@Audioholics Gene, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Theo. On the contrary, I think Theo is more than capable to do this. Just change your direction of headphone-based system reviews. I certainly look forward your channel challenge many so called headphone “reviewers” on RUclips.
Focal produces without a doubt the most beautifully crafted headphones on the planet and their sound is simply enthralling PERIOD.

have the first focal clear and they are great for the money
I tried Focal Clear recently. I didn’t like it to be honest. Does Focal speakers have similar sound?
These are some great phones. Makes me want to buy some Focal speakers, which could get expensive
All focal are not expensive, and have a family sound
@@Lesterandsons I know the ones you're talking about. Those are for the people who just have to have Focal on the front
Can someone tell me how they compare to Audeze planar magnetic headphones (I have the EL 8 open back ones). Thanks 🙏🏼
Hi audiophiles please help me.
Is this a “review” or pure marketing nonsense Mr Gene?
It's not a marketing video and keep in mind Theo is new at doing videos for us so cut him some slack.

@@Audioholics WHY doesn’t Focal burn-in all their phones BEFORE they package them for shipping?
Great review. Thank you
It's sounds like an informatial for a piece of jewelry...
🇨🇵
Take review out of the title, this is NOT a review. Waste of time.
My SHURE is enough...
Definitely. In fact, more than enough. IMHO, these appear to be, more of Lifestyle/ Statement products rather than HiFi products.
