As an avid beachcomber living by Lake Huron ( vry rocky beach ) you made me smile when you put that sunset rock in your pouch for no other reason than it was pretty.

As an old beach comber, when you showed the block pulley and the other structural rigging metal, I knew a shipwreck spent some time on that beach before the ocean did it's number on it. Does not take long for the ocean to reclaim 'everything' during the ultimate recycling process. Thanks for the vids and the relationship with our Lord. Never leave home without it.

That badge you found was SO cool-!! So we're the trade coins-!! At first I thought you might not find much. Just goes to show that you never know by looking on the surface. Then again, that's why metal detecting is so exciting; the unseen hidden treasures. What fun it can be! Thanks as always, for sharing your adventure~

I was stationed in Alaska when I was in the army, and honestly I started watching this and I said to myself, "He's not going to find anything on an Alaskan beach", I was so wrong. The badge is awesome, so is the taven token. That would be funny if that bar/taven was still in business. I want you to know I really enjoy your videos. Thank you so much for posting them.

I had a weird dream were I lived right beside nuggetnoggin and he came back to his house after some cool metal detecting adventure and I asked him hey um do you want to go metal detecting and he said ya sure and we went in this old concrete trench that had tree roots growing through the cement and leafs covered the floor and sadly my dream ended but I will tell you this nuggetnoggin is a great guy some people dream of Santa bringing presents on Christmas and in my case I dream of metal detecting with nuggetnoggin and him posting a new video

The beach glass is awesome. We get a ton of it here in Buffalo NY from Lake Erie. You found the common colors. Red, orange, blue, purple, pink, black etc are the rare colors. Beach glass marbles that wash up and we find are real rarities. They get all frosted from tumbling for decades around the floor of Lake Erie. Each piece has a story to tell.

When detecting on the ocean beaches beach, there are 2 very important rules:
    1. Keep an eye on the water.
    2. See rule # 1.
    3. Look out for rogue waves.
