I don't see Russian taking full control over Ukraine militarily it is not worth it to maintain long term presence there so Ukraine will still have sovereignty over it self it will just be neutral militarily.
Though I also see valid arguments for Odessa as it is a very important port city and a very vital economic and strategic city to control but I don't see Russian advance in the south to think they will do that

9:00 Moreover, the russian prisoners within Wagner were volunteers while the ukranian ones are forced into the army. Its questionable how usefull those units will be.
Also the difference is AFU is Ukraine's national military while Wagner is a private military company (mercenary)

That forest near the border looks hard to take and would make a great defensive as well as offensive line if taken.
I think the Russian goals right now are to probe, attract, wait and destroy. Eventually somewhere in some section of that humongous northern border there will be a crack and we will probably see a reversal of the UA summer Kharkiv counterattack from 2022. I expect them to keep increasing the pressure. Their main goal may even be to reopen the Sumy front as the Ukrainians are extremely stressed out about them there. All in all by the end of the summer there virtually won’t be enough troops on the Ukrainian side to plug all the lines.

The Russians captured Bilohorivka, but they did not captured jet this large limestone dump. And it is one part of Bilohorivka.

It’s still disputed. Suriyak published videos of FAB strikes on the village from early morning today. Maybe Ukrainians temporarily lost control or Russians took over and withdrew because of the UA firepower advantage from the limestone hill. I don’t know? They may have full control right now though.

Currently he not have any formal status of authority in Ukraine and holding president place without any election he is formally dictator. Second, who else can represent a country that does not have a president... possibly the army, but again there is a problem... A military dictatorship, or a military regime, is a type of dictatorship in which power is held by one or more military officers. Military dictatorships are led by either a single military dictator, known as a strongman, or by a council of military officers known as a military junta. In any way Ukraine can lead in one of the forms of dictatorship, by one unelected person or military. Becaause of all of that problems, any agrees or signs on paper between Zelensky or Ukraine military and any other countries are not legitimate and no legal weight. A dead letter on paper. Any democratic government in other countries that signs any paper, in that case directly supports the dictatorship.

Hey weeb, amazing video as usual! However can you keep the advances in the kharkov region either white outlines or red? Bc its confusing making it same color as RU mainland, if not it's all fine, keep it up!
RF is *not* trying to take territory. They're walking into territory that is undefended in order to force AFU to reposition forces, which creates opportunities for kills along the entire deployment chain. In addition, the firing positions in the north are makeshift. The materiel is much easier to hit than it was where it redeployed from. RF also gets opportunities to make kills on the roads into the new zone of conflict. It's a fixing operation only. We're seeing 3x as many Lancet kills in this zone than the cumulative of where that equipment previously was. It was far better hidden before and dug in.

I have serious doubts that this conflict will continue until the end of the year.
About 10 months ago, I thought it looked like Russia might get to the Dnipro river by end of summer 2024.
With all the new info since then, I think I may have been off by a couple months. I give it till mid to late autumn. Possibly end of year with the new 60 billion... but that's a stretch.
That's assuming Ukraine doesn't have an unplanned change of leadership before then though.

the northern movement is being conducted by Wagner- this is the premier assault unit in the world. They are conducting classic infantry maneuver warfare and using intelligence and tactics as force multipliers. They have no intent of holding any ground if the AFU marshals sufficient forces. The whole point is to GET THEM to assemble forces...this is just like Bakhmut
