What I appreciate the most out of this build (and past builds) is that you literally have done all the work in your parents garage. Goes to show what you can really do with what you got, and I have no doubt this build will be the best yet to roll out of there. Super stoked for the first rips. Also, dont worry about getting a super nice shop yet, it'll come in time. Steve Jobs and some buddies started Apple out of a garage, look what thats became. Your operation isn't much different, and its only gonna get better from here. We're proud of you man, keep up the grind. :)

THAT'S MA BOI!!!!
The Nason Ful-Poxy is a non-sanding epoxy primer. You (kinda) dun goofed. Although it is ideal for completely sealing the bare metal and body filler, it is not ideal or designed for sanding wet or dry.
If I were you, I'd use a "high build" 2-part urethane primer (Ful-Poxy has a 24-hour window for applying subsequent layers of paint, after which you ought to lightly scuff everything again with 400-600 grit for proper adhesion of the high build primer) to cover the Ful-Poxy and many of its light imperfections. Then you could easily wet sand the high build primer smooth with a guide coat (do not use spray paint for a guide coat!) and possibly reveal sections that require a second application of light body filler/glaze putty.
Just remember that high build primer might "shrink back" after some time, so use higher grit paper to wet sand. Don't try to save time by using low grit and working your way up, the sand scratches might show up in a few weeks/months, ouch. Next project use a "direct-to-metal polyester primer" like Clausen poly primers or some such. Once you have everything sanded/down to bare metal, it: seals the metal like epoxy primer, fills the imperfections like high build primer/glazing putty, can be wet sanded, will not shrink, and you can spray your color coat on top of it. Boom.

Shoot. Well I definitely need to sand it haha. It does say you can sand overnight. But then does say Mom samdable. I guess we will find out. When I get to it.
If there's a decent paint store nearby go grab some dry guide coat, you can wet or dry sand with it. Cruise the primer aisle too for something you can shoot over the scuffed epoxy with the 1.8 and sand smooth easily. Finishing glaze putty would be good for the arsenal too lol. The bay/subframe looks great man keep racking up those hours
Wow wish I had put that much work into mine when I tt swapped my Z. I just primered and blacked the engine bay from red so when I change the body paint color it will wont clash. Still on the fence about the 2jz in the Z32 but nice work!

Hey Kalvin.
Little tip. turn off your auto focus on the camera and it will stop those blurry moments you tend to get. If you use it as a vlog camera and its moving around a lot and decent camera you should be able to adjust the sensitivity of the auto focus so it doesnt go so blurry and adjusts slowly rather the fast. fast activation will overshoot the auto adjust thats why you are getting the snap back type of video in those moments.

Idk what you’re looking at for color, but I’d do white with a pearl and some flake. Once the sun hits her... ooooooh it’ll look so good! Also kalvin, I would go with some high build primer after the epoxy primer and it should get rid of any little imperfections. This is definitely my favorite RUclips build atm🤟

You really want to have it at 500 or 800 before primer. Looks great tho man! May need to sand out the 220 smooth, then step it up and a light coat of primer. Either way man. Looks great!
