My favourite part is 0:55-1:12 (aside from ending obviously) where each time he repeats he strums the B chord more and more times seemingly at will. Really adds a feeling to the song where he just strums emotionally. Love it when listening to full song, just syncs up with other instruments so well.
+MAXProd the strings are alright, it's just that the guitar was not made for a left handed (see the volume and tone controls and output jack). He might have changed the position of the strings (a eternal struggle for us 😅)

Everyday you practice you will develop strength in your hands. No way around it other than practice. Also I find it helps me to take a break from playing every 3 days. Kind of like lifting. Your mind and body need time to absorb what you are teaching it to do.

For the intro strum the chords once but before you change to the next chord quickly strum the chord you just played then switch, best way I personally find to strum this part is D DUD DUD DUD then just repeat, the distorted parts are mostly just down strokes then the second verse is DUD UDU DUD UDU DU DUDUD and the pre solo part is also just down strokes
