Interesting video. Please address the question - "is food grown in natural animal fertiliser still an animal based product?" It 100% relies on animals and livestock farming
@@veganpowerlab yes. And you can use milk from cows or from almonds. I know both exist. But I'm asking "if animal based foods are morally bad, do you reject ALL foods which have used animal products to make them? Including anything from an organic field which uses natural fertiliser from animals?"?
Not putting cow milk in your coffee is literally a zero-effort thing to do lmao. You don’t have to “worry about every single thing”, just don’t create demand for products made out of animals.
I think vegans take food that's made with animal products frequently because they use food grown in animal based fertiliser. Why is this not different?
@marcus.H There is such thing as veganic farming (vegan and organic) that uses non-animal derived ingredients. I'm sure there's plenty of things that I eat that have animal fertilizer but I don't have much control over that, especially when a product doesn't disclose how it got its ingredients. However, vegans still cause the least amount of harm to not just animals, but the environment too. We are not 100% cruelty free, yet, because of how small veganism as moveme still is even in 2024. Once things like the individual mindset begins to change and laws begin to protect animals, then we can truly become closer to a 100% cruelty free society.
If your goal it to stop windows from being smashed in a city, are you content to say "I will not smash any windows" while 99% of the population in the city goes on smashing windows unfazed?

They couldn't even get a mass amount of the population to do something as simple as remembering to bring their own shopping bags. The whole reusable shopping bag movement failed. If people can't even have this small behaviour changed, I am not hopeful that a mass amount of individuals will be convinced to override their entire diets. Slaves ate meat and had livestock. It is illogical to compare humans who were enslaved with thier food. Leave it to vegans to dehumanize PPL. Animals are food and pets, amd their is NOTHING vegans can do to change that. I have a question. Do you believe pets/companion animals are slaves?
I don’t think you know what comparisons are… you can compare anything to anything. And, yes, the action of enslaving and using an individual is comparable between two different types of individuals. Or, do you think that I can’t compare enslaving X to enslaving Y when you don’t know who X or Y are?

Interesting video. Please address the question - "is food grown in natural animal fertiliser still an animal based product?" It 100% relies on animals and livestock farming
It doesn’t rely on it. You can use synthetic fertilizer, or fertilizers made from plants
@@veganpowerlab yes. And you can use milk from cows or from almonds. I know both exist. But I'm asking "if animal based foods are morally bad, do you reject ALL foods which have used animal products to make them? Including anything from an organic field which uses natural fertiliser from animals?"?
If I know that one product uses animals, yes. Like coconuts coming from thailand
@@veganpowerlab does all organic vegetables use cow manure in the field as fertiliser?
@@veganpowerlab is eating vegetables grown using animal products just like eating milk or cheese?
8:14 consent is not needed to exploit individuals due to taste preference. How gross

If the only way to stop windows from being smashed is to stop individuals from doing it, then, yeah… lol.
I like that even you know that it’s bad to exploit animals
@@FreddieAl by having conversations with them.. are you ok?
@@veganpowerlab Do you think more than about 1% of individuals will actually stop doing it though? Even with something as trivial as reusable shopping bags, it backfired. They couldn't even get a mass amount of the population to do something as simple as remembering to bring their own shopping bags. The whole reusable shopping bag movement failed. If people can't even have this small behaviour changed, I am not hopeful that a mass amount of individuals will be convinced to override their entire diets. Is the only way to stop individuals from consuming animal products convincing individuals? Or, is there another way, perhaps cutting off production in the first place, despite demand?
@@veganpowerlab Humans aren't even aware they're exploited themselves by capitalism and lack any ounce of class consciousness, you will never convince them to care about animal exploitation.
Because slaves were humans and animals are not.

Dont you guy Believe you cant eat honey because its bee slavery.
We don’t consume honey, yeah. Why?
Not only do bee keepers contribute to huge portions of plant fertilising, but they also give bees a meaning to life. Bee keepers dont abuse bees, do they? They give bees the best homes they coudl have, comlete freedom and choice. You can start an arguement with me, id appreciate it

Why are all vegans frail?
Frail? Hahaha.. i don’t think you know what that means
Physically weak or delicate: synonym: weak.
"an invalid's frail body; in frail health."
🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s you to a T… you didn’t know the meaning did you? Or do you think you’re a “beefy dude”? (Pun intended)
@@PC-tc5je to call me frail means you’re either disingenuous or just a hater.. lol
And, even if you saw me and thought I was frail, doesn’t mean all vegans are (like you said). Your statement can be easily debunked by simply finding one vegan that isn’t frail: Patrik Baboumian, Clarence Kennedy, Nimai Delgado, Torre Washington…
And, let’s say you find all of them frail (although they are not and I am not), do you want to be a violent person towards innocent beings to hold onto something that means nothing? After all, intelligence is what defines real power, isn’t it?
And we come to that. And, there, well, it seems that the Dunning-Kruger effect is strong with you, so I’ll let you live in your bubble; but, if you think that I am frail, then you clearly don’t have the superior mental capacity between the two of us
@veganpowerlab 🤣🤣🤣🤣Frail and fruity….
@@veganpowerlab buy a dictionary. Slavery is between 2 humans. Animals are not enslaved and they do not preform unpayed labour.
Based on your logic, is my pet cat a slave?
@@GarudaLegends i wasn’t gonna be pedantic about it, but seen as you are, I’ll reciprocate: “their” is a possessive pronoun; you meant “there”. Buy a dictionary!
Now, the term slavery definition: the practice or system of owning slaves; slave=a person who is forced to work for and obey another and is considered to be their property.
And here is where we disagree: you think animals should not have personhood, because it would mean you’d have to change and stop exploiting them, and I believe they should, because there is no morally significant difference between animals and humans that justifies the difference in treatment
