Ingredients and step by step instructions
Cuts two half chickens as shown in the video ( make slices on the sides of the chicken so that the marinated gets into the meat)
Let's prepare the marinade
Blend the following ingredients in the blender
One tomato (150 grams)
Bell peppers (100 grams)
Garlic (25 grams)
Hot pepper (optional)
Tomato paste (50 grams)
Save half the amount and set it aside for later
Then, mix the following ingredients to the remaining mixture
Yogurt (60 grams)
One fourth of a cup of olive oil
Vinegar (30 ml)
Lemon juice (30 ml)
Two tsps of salt, and one tbsp each of cumin, paprika, and oregano, and one tsp of black pepper
Use that to marinate the chicken
Keep the chicken in the fridges for 2 hours
After, place the chicken on a roasting pan
Then put it in a preheated oven
At an oven temperature, 400°f, 200°c.
Bake the chicken for one hour
Let's prepare the rice
In a pot, add a little bit of vegetable oil
Add cinnamon stick, cardamom, and cloves
Add the paste
Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes
Add one tsp of salt, and one fourth of a tsp each of cumin, paprika, Black pepper, coriander, and turmeric
Add two cups of washed and soaked basmati rice
Pour three cups of water
Cook it over high heat until the amount of water decreases
Then, over low heat for 25 minutes

المكونات والتعليمات خطوة بخطوة
يقطع نصفين دجاجة كما هو موضح في الفيديو (قم بعمل شرائح على جانبي الدجاج حتى تصل التتبلة إلى اللحم)
دعونا نجهز التتبيلة
امزج المكونات التالية في الخلاط
حبة طماطم (150 جرام).
الفلفل الحلو (100 جرام)
ثوم (25 جرام)
فلفل حار (اختياري)
معجون الطماطم (50 جرام)
وفر نصف الكمية واتركه لوقت لاحق
ثم امزج المكونات التالية مع الخليط المتبقي
زبادي (60 جرام)
ربع كوب زيت زيتون
خل (30 مل)
عصير ليمون (30 مل)
ملعقتان صغيرتان من الملح وملعقة كبيرة من الكمون والفلفل الحلو والأوريغانو وملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
استخدم ذلك لتتبيل الدجاج
احفظ الدجاج في الثلاجة لمدة ساعتين
بعد ذلك ، ضع الدجاج في صينية الشواء
ثم ضعه في فرن مسخن مسبقًا
في درجة حرارة ، 400 درجة فهرنهايت ، 200 درجة مئوية.
اشوي الدجاج لمدة ساعة
لنعد الأرز
في وعاء ، أضف القليل من الزيت النباتي
أضف عود القرفة والهيل والقرنفل
أضف معجون تتبيلة الدجاج
اترك الصلصة تطهى لمدة 5 دقائق
أضف ملعقة صغيرة من الملح وربع ملعقة صغيرة من الكمون والفلفل الحلو والفلفل الأسود والكزبرة والكركم
أضف كوبين من أرز بسمتي مغسول ومنقوع
صب ثلاثة أكواب من الماء
اطهيه على نار عالية حتى تقل كمية الماء
ثم ، على نار خفيفة لمدة 25 دقيقة
