Hmm i am standing at the pizza like symbol for the 1st chapter and there are 2 dots (mementos). But i cant find the 2nd memento and you also have listed only 1 for 1st chapter.

I don't remember, but you have them all in this video. You can also check the whole walkthrough on my channel, if you want to be sure. You will probably get the second one at the end of the game.
