I should play this neighborhood more. I never noticed the thrift store. I love thrift stores. That’s where I got my copy of Sims 2 and all the expansions except Seasons. I had to order Seasons online. There’s also a weird glitch somewhere on the Cho family tree.

Just like Makin' Magic was my favorite TS1 EP (the best magic system of the mainline series, imo), Apartment Life is my favorite for TS2. I also love the town of Belladonna Cove, with my favorite residents being Gabriel Green (I can truly relate to shy intoverts), the Cordial sisters (reminds me of the more mature Pleasant Twins), and the Cho/Riley families (they just fit so well together)❣ I also find Geoff Rutherford (the Don Lothario of Belladonna Cove), to be a more tolerable romance sim, than the legendary Don. Jessica Peterson is a hoot and holler to play, with her poor reputation, and hidden fertility multiplier token! 🤣 Some theorize that this hood is a futuristic and expanded Pleasantview. With the near identical floor layout (and sizing) of the Cordial home to that of the Pleasants, as well as the sisters themselves sharing similarities. I do like that I can create this hood with Good vs. Evil magic, and the residents do offer a variety to mix them up. However, my favorite aspect is the Apartments, and the ability to fully build them, however I like. Trailer Parks, Flop houses, Row Houses, Highrises, Penthouses, the skies are the limit❣ I do have a few aspects that I do not like (i.e. green witches/warlocks, all sims looking the same in witch/warlock garb, alignment changing with even use of neutral spells, etc.), but nothing that mods can easily fix❣

Also very much on the top floor, so it's an interesting thought that they are the grown up twins. Also with the elderly Contender-household being the nestor of the neighborhood like Mortimer Goth is in Pleasantview!
Fun fact, Jason Cleveland is canonically gay, since he is coded to have a preference for male sims. This is pretty rare in TS2. I believe he married Marissa due to her family's money and because the neighbourhood is (theorized to be) intolerant and obsessed with image. In my game I had him get with Geoff Rutherford, whom is his wife's younger brother. They have a secret affair going on, Jason is in love but with Geoff being a romance sim I don't know how this will end -- but I'm living for the messy drama lol
Interesting! Also an interesting take on this seemingly modern, but still very suburban neighborhood. I like your gameplay - and I hope his romance with Geoff will end well. Jason deserves true love! 😊

If you want to make them correct and find, check simgigglegirl genetically correct pre-made sims from ask towns, including Belladonna Cove. Don’t mention it 🙂
