Finally tiller 34 build and update I am looking forward catch brand new Hazmat 38 Hazmat 17 engine 23 Diver 31 Diver 16 and extra engine company tower 35 going to full house response to commercial structure fire

Hello Metro rescue know if y’all seen this comment or not please read it. I am 14 and you are the ones that inspired me to learn about all the tools after high school I’m going to EMT school and beer, so thank you continue to both of my videos and have a good good day.
Nice to meet McKenzie your latest PIO. Sounds like she has a lot of experience in front of the camera and reporting so I am sure she will be a great asset to SMFR. Nice to see HazMat joining forces to be very effective in handling those types of situations. Looking forward to SMFR adding new apparatus to the fleet and getting a sneak peek as well. Great video.
Love all PIO show. All have an awesome department and equipment. Would love to come out there and do a ride along with all. Great team of firefighters and paramedics
talking about the winter wildfires... we do have them over here as well (and it is the second highest risk season that we have especially now with no more fully covered snow areas) a lot of dry brush and vegetation in winter puts it to higher risk levels, the only difference being that there is often icy roads when it is winter wildfire season now (and yes, a lot of people forget that fact in winter when just because it is cold doesn't make it less flamable when it comes to materials) so yeah, luckily this time we didn't have any larger fires in our vegetation... but still quite a few smaller ones during winter
Much love from the Bigstone fire dept in northern Alberta Canada lots of our crew watch many many video and call it the south metro time do not disturb at the fire hall hoping to maybe possibly set up a patch trade or something stay safe guys and gals 🚒❤️🤙🏾
You did correctly say Vedauwoo. It is a Native American name for a grouping of rock formation between Laramie and Cheyenne Wyoming off of I-80. It is Romanized Arapaho meaning earth-born. Pretty cool place to go and hike and rock climb in my opinion.
Nice picture of the tiller. How is mommy Connor doing. Monroe Wisconsin in one of our southern city before you in Freeport Illinois. Hope later this year you be looking at the tiller when it gets farther along. Good oh Appleton.
I have a few questions about the fire on ida ave 1. Every unit that responded and what they did on scene 2. Did the cats make it out OK? 3. When I was listening to the call on PulsePoint, I heard them say you have reached your 20 minute point would you like rehab and logistics can you tell me more about that?
No requests came in from TX for these fires but we did just send a type 3 brush engine to Illinois for a severity assignment. This is a first for us - going to Illinois for wildland. Guess they had a dry winter and are now in critical fire conditions.
Some are, some aren't. Eric for example came up from firefighting, while a few others come from media training. But they get a basic training, including a command course, so they are able to size up an incident and relay information to dispatch if they ever happen to be the first on scene or are asked for help by a member of the public.
The tender filling up the helicopter is amazing! It's great to get a first person look at that.

Are we going to see any new Video's or updates? Where is our Eric? we miss him
Yall should get powercall sirens on fire trucks like the PIO car, that siren would fit good with the trucks
Was SMFR requested or did send any brush trucks to the Smokehouse Creek Fire in Texas
No requests came in from TX for these fires but we did just send a type 3 brush engine to Illinois for a severity assignment. This is a first for us - going to Illinois for wildland. Guess they had a dry winter and are now in critical fire conditions.
Eric did you get a new PIO vehicle because that doesn’t look like your truck your in?

Welcome Mackenzie Eric if I wanted to send a patch to you guys how would I go about it
Would you guys like a Barnstable MA fd patch?

Are Station Saturdays done?
We still have a few more stations to feature. Station 40's video will be posted soon.
