What I did when I was getting promoted is driving down the road (off duty ) is say , the third structure I drive by is do a size up. This helped me so much.

Craig, in this video the sound is very low ( not sure if it is on my end - my volume is all the way up ).Personally I love how you present your info; great content, relative information with great examples and references for more info. Today's young firefighters seem so "right now, I want it now" type of learners, very visually oriented, they like to see examples. I'm not real sure if you really need to change a whole lot of stuff in your presentations. As long as God is the center of it ( He is ) and He is glorified, well, that's all you need.
