- Lets talk about this nice leather holster from Craft Holster but made by Falco Holsters. Nice leather, solid stitching, adjustable for different body types, premium hardware, but my favorite part is the rotating holster. The holster is stored vertically but rotates horizontal for an easier draw. Check out Craft Holsters for all of your holster needs.

I appreciate you showing the fumbles as to emphasize just how important training with the shoulder holster is
Oh my pleasure, I’m no John Wick lol
I have the same one for my smith model 59. Wear it all the time, especially in the winter time
Awesome 🙌
Hey sir! So glad you're still rocking the holster! :) Happy carrying! Regards, Al
Larry michigan. I just ordered this today it was $199.oo. I think I'm going to like it. I work church security so it will work well with my suit. Plus it will conceal well.
Hey mate! Thank you so much for putting such an amazing review together! I'm glad to hear you're happy with the craftsmanship, quality, and functionality of the holster and I hope it'll serve you well for many years to come! :) Regards, Al
Thank you for your patience, sorry it took so long
@@TiberiousGib No problem mate! After all, good things take time :) Regards, Al
Thanks for making this video. I think you just made a sale with me. I’ve always preferred muzzle down leather shoulder holsters. The tilting feature sold me immediately. That dark red is sexy.
Awesome 🙌
I gave up on shoulder holsters long ago as a CCW item. The awkwardness of trying to get to the spare magazines (as your video shows) was a big downer for me. But I have craft holsters and like them. Good quality.
Cool factor is high / speed not so much
I couldn't believe how many people complained about flagging while wearing holsters like this when I posted I prefer these especially when I'm wearing a jacket. Of course with any holster and carrying in general you should train until you are comfortable with it and not placing innocent people in danger.
That’s my concern, most people don’t train as much as they should
Love that you show when you goof.
I goof all the time 😂
Thanks for your helpful, prompt reply -- and all your terrific content!
Thank you very much!!!!
Thanks for your input as I have now decided to go with a shoulder for daily carry.
That’s good 🙌
They have a version for pistols with a weapon light and / or red dot as well.
Awesome
LOVE my M1911 Officers model .45ACP IWB CRAFT holster! It’s perfection & fits/holds my shorty M1911 .45ACP; perfectly.
Awesome
Thanks for the vid! I have one and love it even though I live in southwest Florida! But there are days in mid winter I can use it ! Thanks again 😊😊
Dope 🙌
Mine just shipped! I have been wondering about the finger type release. I see, as I thought, it will take practice to get used to it. I am glad you did NOT edit out the mag drop, it shows how awkward the spare mag can be and need to practice. I have chosen to order mine without the mag pouch and will have a belt clip mag pouch just for the reason you showed. Thanks for the review, answered questions I was wondering about.
Thanks for watching and commenting! The mag pouch can be funky
Have 2 of their holsters, both very good and company is nice to work with. Would recommend.
Right on
Unfortunately, my experience with the Craft vertical holster has been a bit different. I purchased the Roto holster recently for my 1911. If you are obese and/or over 6'-4", you might like their harness. I'm 6' tall and fit (at 170 pounds), and found their harness to be waaaay oversized. I had to adjust the harness to the minimum settings to even get close to a proper fit. After several emails to Craft, their suggestion was I needed a custom, smaller harness rig. Wait a minute, if your standard harness rig can't be adjusted to fit a 6' tall man then you have a real problem with your design. Their so called buy back guarantee included me paying restocking fees. After more emails, I finally decided their customer support wasn't worth the aggravation. I took the harness to a leather worker who fixed it. It's not perfect but it's better. Their design also has the shoulder holster hanging so low, it doesn't provide much of an advantage over a cross draw belt holster (at half the price).
Strange
I just discovered a REAL problem with this holster. The "securing" snap on the holster does NOTHING. My 1911 easily slides in and out of the holster, regardless if the strap is snapped or not. So... the holster is a big fail if you want your 1911 pistol to be absolutely secured.
I doubt your story due to you saying being underweight is being fit
I’ve got to say, I went to Craft Holsters web site and it states they do - do custom work, including their shoulder holsters. I detailed what I would have liked to have done and even attached a picture of the styling I was considering.
Communication was done via e mail.
Their response to me was they don’t really do custom work, I think monogramming is probably the extent of their custom work, if that.
I was seriously intrigued by the “roto” design as I’ve owned shoulder holsters in the past and horizontal carry prints more.
I cannot find anyone else who makes roto style shoulder holsters so may end up trying craft after all, but am very VERY apprehensive about spending that much money on something I’m NOT going to be pleased with.
Officially on the fence with this one, I don’t care how great of “quality” the shills say it is. If it’s not what you want it’s what you want.
I like the Starsky & Hutch look!
Hell yes 🙌
Great video! I've been thinking about getting one for my Prodigy 1911 for Fall/Winter carrying.
Not a bad idea
Nice! I worked with Craft Holsters in the past....
As always good review!! 🤘
No doubt 🙌
I’m bout to order champ thanks for the review
Thanks for watching and commenting 🙌
I ordered 1 but really not sure if it’s the roto
How would this wear without tie-down straps? I wear a lot of sweatpants & athleisure pants without belt loops. Or is there another shoulder holster you can recommend with similar features, I like the rotating holster and, if not, ideally would prefer a semi-upsidedown configuration.
I will buy through your affiliate link if you have a recommendation that works for me. Thanks
I wouldn’t, it’s gonna flop around really bad. Check out the NeoMag Alias system with the beltless receiver
Does it fit HK45C a compact pistol? How to order?
You can go to the Falco Holster or Craft Holster website
I'm looking at getting one of these for my Girsan Regard MC (Beretta 92/M9 clone) I'm in the process of purchasing. (Just waiting on background check on my 4473) Eventually I'll get me an actual Beretta as well, when I can find one I like or order one to my local FFL.
I live on the southern Oregon coast, when I'm home anyways, long haul trucker. I'm not a fan of the idea of appendix carry, I'd rather have the firearm in a position where it will have less likely hood to blast gibblets off hehe.. Other than that seeing as I drive, a lot, I want something that's gonna be comfy. Out there the temperature year round is mild to cool, usually °45-°75 year round. I'm also tall and thin, 6'2" and about 130ish lbs, so all of my clothes fit loosely. I may also look for a good OWB holster in leather as well.
I would do both this and a traditional OWB holster, maybe consider a Crossbreed chest rig???
I'll have to do a little research certainly. Often times my belt can get a bit cluttered as I usually carry a smaller fixed blade, Leatherman pouch, mini first aid kit, flashlight, and sometimes a tape measure. One of the reasons why I really liked the idea of a shoulder holster, as I'm already often a walking toolbox lol.
I think the most difficult part is just being a OTR trucker, as I pass into California and Washington frequently and neither has reciprocity with Oregon.. So I've also been considering getting a Airsoft or prop replica, that can simulate all the same functions and proportions of my firearm. At least then I can still practice drawing and firing on my own private time outside of the public eye.
Can you adjust the height on the holster if you like it higher up closer to the arm pit ?
Yup, make it smaller / tighter
Am in the process of ordering one of them holsters, with a suede lining. Your video has come in handy, thanks. I've saved your video for later reference and practise when mine finally arrives.
Thank you 🙏
They don't have a Canik Mete SFX on their list of pistols with lights, the TP9 SFX may work, but if I'm spending $260, I don't want a may work
You should double check with them, another holster might fit that pistol
Craft, when they say Capacity quanity is that just the magazine
I think so, a bit of a language barrier
Sadly, they don't make this roto holster with light and optic accommodation. You have to go to a normal vertical or horizontal for that. Of a chest rig. Or various belt rigs. Lots of options for light and optic. Just not this one. Thank you for your statement that rapid reholstering is a non-thing for a defensive carrier. There is no self-defense scenario that requires a rapid reholster, yet so many people obsess over it.
That stinks
I’m a lefty. I’m heartbroken that you don’t care about me 😂 I still like your reviews tho.
Love everyone, lefties just a little less 😬
It’s not horrible but there are bettor. Mitch Rosen (and twice the price).
It’s a good leather holster, much worse and definitely better holsters out there
@@TiberiousGib true. There are much worse. Much worse. Good review
Mitch Rosen is better?

Don’t buy one!!! This one is for you!
@@TiberiousGib get outta here!!! you’re my hero!
Having a speed loader pouch on your shoulder holster makes it hard to conceal it
I don’t think so and it’s seems necessary to balance the weight
I bought one ,I love the holster and straps the mag pouch not so much .I bought a different brand horizontal mag pouch that I like much better
Dope 🙌
Great under the coat…
No question
I will take Tom anyday

😅😅😅😅😅😅
I bought one for my kimber 9mm. Doesn't fit good. Bad investment on my part. Looking for another brand to buy. Mine just sits in the clook at it. I say to myself bad investment. Communicating with these people was a nightmare.
Does it need to be broken in or just doesn’t fit?
@@TiberiousGib It's already broken it just doesn't fit well
How does it not fit well? Have you tried other shoulder holsters that fit better? Could it be that it’s not adjusted quite right for you?
Personally i don't think he has it adjusted properly. He should not have to reach as far around his chest as he does.
It’s funny how you say he like I don’t see the comments

Check with Craft Holsters

Again, deep breath. It was a joke
Who gives a shot about you're opinion
Bro, you ok? Seems like a strange comment for a man to make.
1. You are watching my review of a product, reviews are literally people’s opinions.
2. Men should never act this way on social media, men build each other up with constructive criticism while boys try to tear each other down. The world needs you to be better!
