- An abundance of bait in the shallows has pushed the fluke close to shore.
On this outing we targeted a large group of smaller fluke in 20-40 ft of water with a hi-lo rig consisting of a 1/2 oz silicone jig and a 3-4oz spro bucktail tipped with squid.
Fishing was fast and while they were all small, catching in quantity can make a fun outing!

Every time I watch one of your videos I can't help but think about the video where you guys heard the earthquake. Fluke fishing is usually the best the first few weeks. Although small, we were into them!
