OBSIDIAN (forked from OBLIGE) is a procedural level generator for a variety of id tech games. ‪@craneoexmortis4646‬ is working on an addon which lets OBSIDIAN generate levels with Doom 64 inspired textures (called the Obligation 64) which you can see here. To get the Doom 64 sprites and sounds, I used Unmaker23's Doom 64 ReVanilla. For the music, I am working on a Doom 1 & 2 soundtrack replacer which uses the original and a custom soundtrack. Then, to add a bit of grit and saturation on top, I am using my HSV Dither. And finally this is all being played with VKDoom.
