Thank you my friend. Man I picked a terrible day to ride. Too hot and humid. Couldn’t last more than 10 minutes at a time. Next video will have different camera angles and hopefully drone shots. We definitely need to head out there and do some riding together!

Love what you're doing chap..... I'm diabetic and had a scare recently where a motorcycle club colleague lost three toes because of it diabetes.....so it scared me, to do a life style change and loss weight..............so I cut carbs 100% and eat Steak and eggs morning and night, and I only use milk butter to cook with NO seed oils (cooking oil)
I also make my own Beef Burgers with finely chopped bacon and the yellow of a egg to help hold together, salt and pepper
with the eggs I use a lot of butter to scramble with them.......using a lot off REAL butter help the poop out as more eggs can bind that up so use lots of it .....
I have in 12 weeks lost 40lbs.....yes I was a "telly tubby" and dropped from a 48' tight waist to a very lose 34" so it works............I am continuing this method as I'd like to drop another 2" on the waist.........but I don't cheat I stuck to it .......oh and my blood sugars are more normal now but not there yet and my blood pressure down to .........so have a go and I get the lady's looking now at my at 65yrs old ....never thought that would happen again.........😀

Wow that is amazing! Good for you! That’s definitely inspiring. I wish you the best of luck with your journey and hope continued success. I haven’t started working out yet, the heat exhaustion lasted about a week (I swear I had heat stroke haha) and then I got sunburned bringing the kids to the lake. I am going to start working out next week and start eating healthier then as well. Last time I ate healthier I lost 65 pounds without working out but since I got out of the army due to injuries I have lost all muscle that I gained from working out 7 days a week. I used to go to the gym for 3.5 hours a day back when I was active duty up until some injuries that lead to surgery. Going to start slow and work my way up, along with building the skills on the bike. Thanks for your comment! I hope I earned your subscription.

Love the boots! Very comfortable and definitely protected my legs when I fell off camera haha. I told Anna I should have brought the canopy. But no one ever listens to meeee

Honestly I would try something other than the 450 because you cannot use all the power, so if u get the chance try a 125 or 250 do it!

I was worried about getting a 450. I guess I made the mistake of thinking since I weigh 215 that I should go with a larger bike. But honestly, I love this bike. I’m a little short for it being 5’9 and that’s with the Ryder lowering link lol. but overall I love the amount of power when riding through the trails. Hopefully I can learn to tame it on the track as I gain technique and skills.
