@@karenmcinnis2652 Robert E Lee was a Confederate General in the US Civil War - he fought on the side of the south which was fighting for states rights and slavery - The south in the US has really had a hard time letting the confederacy die lol so they name things after generals and owners.
I would get rid of the wet bar so that I could have a much bigger dining room. To fit more family. The pantry is amazing, and yes, id add more shelves under the stairway. Great home. Ty!

Amazing house! Only thing I have against the layout of the house is the fact that there is a powder room right next to the kitchen. It should have been relocated.
Where are the floor plans? Do they not have any? Except you mentioned not having looked at the floor plans yet and were wondering about the dimensions of the rooms. I'm wondering about the dimensions also. Please can you put up the floor plans? Thank you for tours. Have a marvelous day. 😊😊😊

Love the house. Funny that one of my favorite areas is the extra storage in the back of the pantry. That is perfect for storing bulk items such as paper towels. 😀

The foyer is huge, the floors are gorgeous.
That kitchen, laundry & mud rooms are gigantic.
I like the paint color, nice size bed & bathrooms, tons of storage, and a pot filler. They left Nothing out. I like this builder.

Nice place, but for $3.6m it better be on 20+ acres.
For the most part I like it but wish you didn't have so much open space to the living room and wish the dining room had wall space for a china hutch and I'd have a solid front door too. The kitchen is great and can't complain about number of upper or lower cabinets or drawers. Pantry is great. MY idea for that extra space around the corner inside the Pantry is after you enter the first section at the corner of the turn build a wall with a door. And on the outside of the stairs have a square or curved entryway into the space going in the room, on the outside put like stone or wood siding up to match the house or brick to match the fireplace and this would be the entrance to your dog (s) house like I've seen on U-Tube. The door Access for humans to go in a clean etc...

I really absolutely love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love that there are 2 laundry rooms, 1st downstairs and 2nd upstairs. I love all the built-ins, tons of drawers, and cupboards in the kitchen. I really love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the recreational room. There are so many ideas and possibilities for this place. I wish you could've shown the dimension of the bedrooms.❤❤❤
This kitchen woukd be nicer if it didnt have the wet bar, but a larger dining room instead and also made the second island with bar stools on both sides and ends for sitting and games ect..that would be different, instead of just facing the cupboards. They could host poker games..😂
Unfortunately the dining room has no space for a hutch or anything like that it's very casual.

From the outside the house doesn't look anything special. Nothing interesting. It is very spacious inside, with many utility rooms. The staircase to the second floor is well planned. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. But for that kind of money it was possible to install a beautiful Italian kitchen, and not this squalor.
