Very cool clip. This is one of the things I need to work on; too many of my solos have no reference to an actual beat underneath. The type of solo your doing has a long history and you played it very well. Bravo! You might get a kick out of some of my "old school" jazz solos on here. Keep in mind I'm not a schooled drummer, just another Buddy Rich fan of sorts. Keep these clips coming!
Just got a mid 70's black vistalite....26" kick. The heads on it are extremely old, looking for nice attack but also some lower, powerful tones. Was thinking a super kick...any other recommendations for a bass batter head?
Yeah, I paid $500.00 for a four piece amber vistalite 70's kit: 14x22, 12x8, 13x9 & 16x16. The kit had been through the war with cracks, gouges and chunks missing, but sounded awesome until I slipped on the ice and killed the bass drum. My two RCI Starlite kits in the same Bonzo config are: $6,500.00 and $5,500.00(without cases). Well worth the investment if your heart is consumed in drums and Rock!
Doesn't any one else drum from your shop?
Thanks for the compliment!
Beauty kit. Don't EVER sell them: they'll be worth a FORTUNE down the road. Nice playing brother 👍🇨🇦
Get those boom stands out of there!!

Great! You don't sell the clear bass drum resonant heads do you? Can't find them anywhere...
did u use muffling in the bass drum? it sounds great
sounds like your first floor tom sounds like it could use a tighter tuning on the reso head, besides that the kit sounds gooooooooooood.
Happy haircut dude, stunning kit Btw :)

I never knew that Tom Cruise could play drums.
Why would you demo Ludwig "Zeppelin" kit by playing some up-tempo country feel drum solo with a double pedal? Some things just boggle my mind..
that beat is so annoying lol
this bass is like Platons house :D
these drums are not meant for pitter patter style drumming.they're made for hard hitters.
Baron Von Richthoffer's marching ensemble!
you should've used paiste to make it more bonham
Ca na jamais tres bien sonné ces batteries vistalite.
Devil Went Down To Georgia
