I like the fact , that you crawled under the dangling engine , just to check the position of the hoist legs and proved , that you don't need helmet in any situation...The other thing - what's up with the question "will it fit?". Usually , some women ask that...I mean, it is all about positioning , making adjustments and some (sometimes) force applied.
The Timing belt side mount and transmission mount are what actually support the weight of the 4g63t engine and transmission, so those 2 have to be solid, so I would suggest you make those mounts first, then the front and rear mounts which are just to stop twisting and pitching motion.
@@KOMPASGARAGE Yeah for me it is the best production 4 cylinder in my top 3 easily number 1, just because it's been around the longest and keeps improving, and for the money, especially if you got parts already, a 6 bolt is hard to compete with, without putting more money into any other platform I also see you got the stronger fwd "91-"94+ transmission with the stronger honeycomb pattern on the top case, I would suggest you run the awd intermediate shaft if you can, I know mid to late"92-"99 they ran 27 spline axles which won't work with the intermediate shaft unless you swap to a 25 spline diff, so that's another thing to check if you plan to run awd axles, your competition better have at least a 3sgte that would be a good race to see.

You are 100% right and I’ve been around Mitsus/dsm for long time is why I picked this power plant.
