Ryomen Sukuna (両りょう面めん宿すく儺な Ryōmen Sukuna?), more often referred to as simply Sukuna (宿すく儺な Sukuna?), is the strongest jujutsu sorcerer from a thousand years ago. Regarded as the undisputed King of Curses (呪のろいの王おう Noroi no Ō?), Sukuna is one of the primary antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series.
According to legend, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon (仮か想そうの鬼き神じん Kasō no Kijin?) during the Heian Era but in truth he was a sorcerer also known as the Disgraced One (堕だ天てん Daten?). Jujutsu sorcerers of the Golden Age of Jujutsu gave their all against him but ultimately fell one after another. Sukuna existed throughout the ages by transforming into a cursed object after death, a state where he split his power into twenty indestructible fingers.
Sukuna was incarnated in June 2018 when Yuji Itadori consumed one of his fingers. Sukuna was trapped inside Yuji's body and was rarely in control until he managed to transfer his soul into the body of Megumi Fushiguro.

This is a fun thought experiment and heres my version.
Gojo/ Pride: being the strongest made him also think he was always right and he never seriously considered listening to others. This resulted in nearly ever big bad event happening (star plasma death by thinking they could take a detour, getting cubed,) and he takes pride over sukuna because sukuna is willing to do dirty tactics like using others where gojo stood alone and didn’t let others assist. He didn’t even work on tactics with his powers to allow others to help which i think is prideful in itself.
Sukuna/wrath: everything he does he does to hurt others and will even hold back just so he can have more fun toying with and hurting them.
Niota/envy: you made good points for this and it makes sense.
Hakari/greed: i agree with you on this.
Lust/mahito: his whole thing was being a perverted manifestation of humanity. He loved playing with others to satisfy his own desires, lust doesn’t need to be sexual and his entire goal was doing what he wanted and being a perverted mirror to humanity.
Kenjaku/gluttony: he has been hoarding binding vows and curse techniques living for a thousand years taking what he wants cause hes bored. He will make stuff just to later on consume its power (like what he did for mahito)
Tengen/sloth: girl you had one job. Laying for hundreds of years being completely passive and when needed most you become an op.
My take on this would be:
Pride- Kashimo, there’s a lot of characters you could argue for pride in this series but I’d say Kashimo is the case where his Pride took him out of reality the most. Gojo and Sukuna are extremely prideful because they both held the strongest claims to the strongest. Kashimo is strong for sure, but estimating himself to be anywhere near Sukuna even when tired, when you can argue that the cast with him have people who can 1v1 him (esp since he doesn’t have rct) I’d say he’s a good fit.
Wrath- Maki, her entire motivation was to kill the zenins and she had a cold streak, and then she went on to commit genocide in retaliation for all that was done to her. It was at a point where her own wrath was holding her back and she needed to let it go to tap into her full abilities like Toji could.
Envy- Jogo, he proudly proclaimed curses as the true humans but in reality he envied the status of human.
Greed- Mei Mei or Hakari works both for obvious reasons.
Lust- Todo, kind of a weird pick but his thirst for battle and his thirst for tall women with fat asses gets to a point where his schizophrenia made Yuji his brother. I just find it comically fitting.
Gluttony- Sukuna, I think a lot of spots here could be argued for Sukuna but I think gluttony fits considering how his CT is based around eating, and how his entire ethos is to “taste” opponents while fighting them. He’s a hedonistic consumer of sorts so it fits.
Sloth- Toji, while it may seem weird and you could argue him for wrath or greed, I’d argue sloth because of his self pity. He lost Megumi’s mom and he slips back into indulgence and laziness. He simply stops progressing as a person and if that doesn’t fit sloth I don’t know what does.

Idk why people think Megumi can see what's currently happening. He can't because he's in the abyss which is also one of the reasons he feels no motivation to get up. He's not willingly watching and then doing nothing. We saw when Yuji went into his soul that Megumi wasn't even aware he was there and just kept repeating the same phrase over and over.
Though I do think just like with Yuji after the massacre, the memories of the event will probably hit after he gets his body back.
He probably has an idea what’s going on because we see him crying when sukuna kills his sister

I think Gojo is pride, Sukuna is greed, Maki is wrath, Kenjaku is lust, Yuki is sloth, Jogo is envy, Dagon is gluttony,
Yuji didnt let Sukuna take over his body and go on a further killing spree or whatever even when he was viewing the aftermath of his domain. He couldve easily just submit to Sukuna right then and there.
Convenient how people forget this
But Megumi isn’t built like Yuji both emotionally and biologically. He can’t just decide to suppress Sukuna like Yuji especially with Sukuna at peak health.

Yuji Noble/Wrath: Yuji from the beginning was Someone who wished to save as many people as he can, hence why Sukuna can't break Yuji's morals, even if he's intending too, Hence why Yuji is the opposite of Sukuna, Yuji's ideals are the ability to give unwavering kindness and a strong sense of justice, but, when Mahito came into the picture his morals changed, though Yuji is concerned for peoples lives, Wrath tends to make him act different hence how he felt when Mahito killed Nanami, Junpei and Nobara.. and Sukuna refused to heal Junpei only to make Yuji suffer more by killing Yuji's mentor being Satoru Gojo, Yuji himself is a strong representation of being Noble, but Yuji is the perfect representation of Wrath when he faces Mahito and Sukuna, Yuji made Mahito suffer,.. and Yuji is making Sukuna pay for all the suffering he's caused hence why Yuji's soul is so indomitable Yuji never gives up, even in the face of defeat.
