Many thanks, much appreciated! It's a story about Led Zeppelin's connection with Black Sabbath. And I had to choose a focal point to write the title and I decided to pick up this one because it's the most intriguing part of the story. I mean Led Zeppelin came to hang out with Sabbath to sign them to their label 'Swang Song' but Ozzy told them to 'Get Lost' and Tony said that they ruined their session.
I always wondered if Page stole KASHMIRS riff from Eastern music. Like Blackmore always admitted he stole this and that from there and so, Page wasnt so fast to admit things like that.
Comparing Sabbath with Zeppelin is laughable. Singer no comparison Ozzy had relevant lyrics.on bass gezzer is obvious and I'd take Bill ward any day.and page is more diversed in sounds. Hey one out four ain't bad.
It’s actually funny that you think that the Cars are serious music. Ask any 21 year old who The Cars are. None of them ever heard of them. I can guarantee you that all of them know who Black Sabbath is and know who Tony Iommi is. Young or Older, everyone knows Sabbath. What is actually Very Funny is that you think Black Sabbath is over rated. 55 years ( 1969 ) says that a lot of people like and listen to Black Sabbath. The Cars lasted a couple of years and unless you listen to bubble gum music, no one knows them. Without the Scorpions, no one on this earth would know who the hell Michael Schenker is, or was. Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin are Giants. I still say that you are talking about nobody’s.
What makes you think so? I believe it's Bonham. It's the same face in the next photo. Here is a funny story: in 1973 the members of Led Zeppelin gave drummer John Bonham a Harley Davidson for his 25th birthday, which he promptly rode up and down the hallways of his hotel, causing thousands of dollars in damage. The next day, he wrote a check for the damages and said "Oh, and keep the bike."

Misleading title tbfh, good content tho
Many thanks, much appreciated! It's a story about Led Zeppelin's connection with Black Sabbath. And I had to choose a focal point to write the title and I decided to pick up this one because it's the most intriguing part of the story. I mean Led Zeppelin came to hang out with Sabbath to sign them to their label 'Swang Song' but Ozzy told them to 'Get Lost' and Tony said that they ruined their session.
Sabbath bloody Sabbath rules.
I always wondered if Page stole KASHMIRS riff from Eastern music. Like Blackmore always admitted he stole this and that from there and so, Page wasnt so fast to admit things like that.
THEY WERE AND ARE FRIENDS. FUNNY STORY.
Comparing Sabbath with Zeppelin is laughable. Singer no comparison Ozzy had relevant lyrics.on bass gezzer is obvious and I'd take Bill ward any day.and page is more diversed in sounds. Hey one out four ain't bad.
Name one Sabbath song that compares to The Rain Song
You are insane. Zeppelin were all superior musicians. I'm sure Sabbath would agree.
Cars not bubble gum, listen to the musicianship
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Cuz fairies wear boots.
(Oh, you're goin' straight to hell for that one )
So sabbath had writers block and reached for labeling a jam session as a “distraction”? Seriously?
Hmmmmm...its Sabbath had signed to Swan Song, they wouldnt have gone broke
Couldn't afford drum kits but bought Maseratis? OK ! ✌️👍🤪🤪🤪
Bill Ward couldn't afford but John Bonham could
And then UFO told Both of em to get lost it was Their Time.
The motorcycle guy picture isn’t John Bonham
Yeah looks nothing like him
It's Fred Johnson
What makes you think so? I believe it's Bonham. It's the same face in the next photo. Here is a funny story: in 1973 the members of Led Zeppelin gave drummer John Bonham a Harley Davidson for his 25th birthday, which he promptly rode up and down the hallways of his hotel, causing thousands of dollars in damage. The next day, he wrote a check for the damages and said "Oh, and keep the bike."
Because Sabbath didn’t know where the bank was.
They sound exactly alike to me
Zeppelin is a cover band, Sabbath is original. Both good
Ozzy called plant. His cat was lost
Are these stories true? Whats the source of this?
Yes of course.
Bonham best man at Tonys first wedding! Wtf. Whodah. Thunk it.
I think Black Sabbath sucks - always preferred Judas Priest. Love Zeppelin 😍😍😍
They both go hard, but you’re gay if you think Zeppelin is better than the fucking Sabath😤😤😤
Idk, heard these stories but facts differ. I think most of it false. Where you get this info?
OZZY ODDBALL AND BLACK BIRDBATH ARE NO MATCH FOR THE MIGHTY ZEP FACE IT THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER BAND AS GREAT AS ZEPPLIN WAS
Led were fancy magic boys in comparison
Go listen to ayyy ayyy auyyy
🔥🔥🔥🎸🎸TONI 🎸IOMMI HAS A NICK NAME : RIFF LORD !!!!!!!!!!!
HE IS THE KING OF RIFFS... BLACK SABBATH ( PREFERRABLY RONNIE JAMES DIO ) ON VOCALS !!👍👍👍👍💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎
learn how to pronounce Bermingham, please
Ok, thank you!
My goodness rock fans think these guys are good. It is funny, Jimmy Page can't read a night and Tony iommi can play riffs, big stinking dea.
Guitar riffs on Kashmir?? Isn't the song all orchestral and strings?.. (Arguably one of Zepp's worst songs ever.)
Black Sabbath is way overrated
Spelt Led Zeppelin wrong
Black Sabbath is underrated. They only started getting recognition after the 90's bands started to say Sabbath was an influence on them, bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, etc.
@@CalebePriester in high school that's all they talked about I listen to go this sucks oh yeah that was in the 84
@@topgunvideos774Honestly i thought Sabbath fanboys respected Zep unlike the salty Deep Purple and Humble Pie fanboys. Obviously i was wrong. Black Sabbath was great, Led Zeppelin was greater. Deal with it. Now go listen to Born Again and Never Say Die and all of the other abysmal tnrowaway garbage records they made.
@@promark5317 I’ll listen to the first 6 👍🏼
