Currently in my 2nd semester of my BSN program and wanna be an aesthetic nurse so bad. I've always loved doing hair, nails, and makeup. I've cut back on makeup a lot as I've gotten older (turning 28 this year) and started focusing more on skin care a couple years ago. I love these mommy self care vlogs tho!! This year I really want to focus on self care. I been going through it between nursing school and raising a toddler. Life be lifeing

To restore your natural curls from damage you should start scrunching your hair in and out of the shower when styling. That really helped my hair bounce back!

Get the real techniques foundation brush! It works so good. Just dab dont swirl or swipe
Also its okay if you dont put foundation on your eyelids. Mine are naturally darker and foundation looks so dingey on them. If anything you can use the remainder of your concealer on them

I feel the same about my hair goals. I want longer hair but I also want to dye my hair red because I love the red hair era I had in the pandemic so I don’t know if I am going to just get red braids or dye and deal with consequences. I used numb cream on my lower region and legs and it makes such a different. I love the chat with your esthetician was fun. I love how you motivate each other. I love these type of videos and makes me want to get my wellness done. I love the bob braid length on you. Yes to the inches.

I’ve been on spironolactone 25 mg and adapalene gel also since August. I’m in Ohio and since it’s getting colder and dryer out here, I’ve been experiencing a lot more dryness in my face. My derm recommended putting aquaphor or Vaseline on my face underneath my spf and girl it’s helped a lot!
Just a note if you have dryness, it could be because of the weather change in Texas. Maybe try out aquaphor!

I was talking with other people that I work with who are teachers and also work in colleges cuz I was like "what the hell"... I went to school decades ago my credits are still good. You worked for those credits they stay right there for you. It's the other institutions and whether they will accept those credits; but if they don't don't go to that school

Good molecules niacinamide toner, Good molecule’s discoloration serum, & Faded by topicals is clearing my dark marks. If you can’t get all, I really recommend faded by topicals bc it is the best and has everything packed into one to fade dark marks
