      That's true. I like pig's feet and always eat the same way: cooked with black beans. I never thought of deep frying it. I must be good, although my children won't go near it and do not believe I eat them.

    ABSOLUTELY love you showing your measurement of ingredients with the palm of your hands. Thats the way most home chefs cook. Never using instruments. It’s all about knowing your ingredients and experience. Ive been watching your videos since you were a young boy and now look at you. I’m very very proud. ❤️❤️👍

    Growing up I loved pig ears and my twin brother loved pig feet, haha good memories of my childhood, ❤now he was killed in a car accident last year and I retired moved away from hometown and never get pig ears anymore, but,I’m still eating good, stuffed baked potatoes with bacon tonight, , enjoy your family at dinner tonight everyone, ! You never know when you’ll be alone,

    I do my in the crockpot, half apple cider vinegar, have cold water, three habanero peppers, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, plus I add hot sauce when they’re done on my plate, Yum! 🩵🩵🩵

    I never knew you could depends them. We used to boil them and pours tons of hot sauce of them. Good eating!

    Pig feet are good boiled, smoked, pickle. Never had them fried.

    This looks very nice, I want to try it. In Seychelles, we do a curry with pig's feet and have it with plain white rice plus a cucumber salad on the side. (plain cucumber salad : thinly sliced cucumber and onions, salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar.)

      Try it boiled and then baked in the oven with your favorite barbecue sauce!

      That’s one of my favorite ways of eating pig feet.
      I mentioned frying to my mother (85 years old). She knew this recipe and was surprised that I’m just seeing it for the first time.

    Looks delicious. I’ve never fried pigs feet but I’d like to. Here in the states pigs feet cost as much as steak . There is a food shortage and food is very expensive. I make them once a year at Christmas or new years always stewed with a side of white rice. Thank you for your fry recipe.

      I suffer from gout & pork trotters are one of the foods that help ease joint pain.
      Trotters are highly gelatinous & help keep joints lubricated.

    We have been doing this every year since 1990 at the family reunion. Damn good country cookin. I don't always eat pig, but this is how my forefathers cooked it.

      That's the same with many things: Ribs -- pork and beef, dark meat chicken, beef skirt steak, beef jerky, catfish, hush puppies and most crustaceans -- especially lobsters.

    Is there much meat on those? I'd like to try it, but I don't want eat "fried fat". And that sauce looked good. I'll have to go back and see what the ingredients were.

    I prefer without the flour/ breading,, crispier
    if allowed to dry cook feet for 2 hrs. or more,
    prefer to add soy sauce to dip !
