That's true. I like pig's feet and always eat the same way: cooked with black beans. I never thought of deep frying it. I must be good, although my children won't go near it and do not believe I eat them.
ABSOLUTELY love you showing your measurement of ingredients with the palm of your hands. Thats the way most home chefs cook. Never using instruments. It’s all about knowing your ingredients and experience. Ive been watching your videos since you were a young boy and now look at you. I’m very very proud. ❤️❤️👍

@@marcus1282 That’s one of my favorite ways of eating pig feet. I mentioned frying to my mother (85 years old). She knew this recipe and was surprised that I’m just seeing it for the first time.
Looks delicious. I’ve never fried pigs feet but I’d like to. Here in the states pigs feet cost as much as steak . There is a food shortage and food is very expensive. I make them once a year at Christmas or new years always stewed with a side of white rice. Thank you for your fry recipe.
I'm going to have to try this at some point. Good job young man. I subscribed years ago, so great job on keeping at this. I'll have to make a video someday of your recipe
We have been doing this every year since 1990 at the family reunion. Damn good country cookin. I don't always eat pig, but this is how my forefathers cooked it.
That's the same with many things: Ribs -- pork and beef, dark meat chicken, beef skirt steak, beef jerky, catfish, hush puppies and most crustaceans -- especially lobsters.
Is there much meat on those? I'd like to try it, but I don't want eat "fried fat". And that sauce looked good. I'll have to go back and see what the ingredients were.
I didn't know you can deep fry Pig Feet. You learn something new everyday.😊
Because they gone come out so crispy you can’t enjoy them…Clear example…
Hope you enjoy

Can't eat that anymore. Gout won't allow it.😢😢😢😢😢
Sorry bro
I suffer from gout & pork trotters are one of the foods that help ease joint pain.
Trotters are highly gelatinous & help keep joints lubricated.
Try olive oil
Same.. those days are over for me
They are good for joints.

if allowed to dry cook feet for 2 hrs. or more,
prefer to add soy sauce to dip !
