My Mum would be glad to know that the great tradition of lying to your children is still being carried on- she told my sisters and me some outrageous whoppers when we were young.
I'm going to book a holiday in the Acrylic region of France this year!
This build is really hitting the spot, so much so I'm seriously considering reliving my local hobby store of it's Christine kit.🤫
Great work so far sir. I have to say that watching you use the Molotow pen was a joy to behold. When I use mine it leaks everywhere, stop laughing at the back.
Nicely done. Great result.
I have this kit sitting on the shelf.
I just decided it will be my next project. 😂
Thank you for sharing cheers 🍻
I built the bus from WHERE EAGLES DARE, it's pretty much the same colour scheme as Christine when I did the clear I use humbrol over Tamia acrylic, and it crazed had to strip it and start again, I've always wanted to build Christine but after watching this I think I will do it in it's unrestored state, thanks for the great video Mr Geezer, from Geoff in Adelaide Australia.
I saw a great build someone did with this kit where they split the car lengthways and did half new, half wrecked. It was a fantastic bit of work.
Excellent and very entertaining build!
Very impressive!
Amazing work!!
Acrylic paint is called such because it pigments suspended in a polymer. Same polymer used to make acrylic plastics I believe
You did again an amazing job! The biggest issue aside from the price I have with Molotw Liquid Chrome is that it takes almost forever to dry! Even ff you touch it after some days it will get dull so it's not a real alternative for electrochemical chromed parts or you should put some varnish on it.
It's true you have to be very careful with it, but I still think it looks better than the chrome parts that often come with kits.
Continuing with the old rust-bucket, then? Good. 👍👍👍
G'day mate, greetings from down under.
KT go and make dad a cuppa😂
What kit is this please
It's an AMT 1/25 scale "Christine"
It's still brown.
At least it;s not cream, bone, white, off-white, ivory or beige.
It is brown, though..
