Hi, I have played on and off since I was 15 but with more dedication in the last 10 - 15 years. Changing chords fluently comes through repetition, that can be achieved by focussed practice (i.e. switching from one chord to another in a regimented and disciplined approach) or just through consistently playing lots of different songs and learning more organically. im having trouble placing my fingers for the c chord and i cant pick the first string because my index finger touches it. hope that makes sense, any advice?
Not about this particular song, but actually you can place your pinky on the third fret of the first string, so it would be the same C major that includes C, E and G but with more interesting sound For strumming it works like magic
