It tells you in the instructions 15 minutes or it will over heat,,I just received mines.

orderes mine, gonna use it 15 mins and then break to let it cool before doing another 15 mins :)

@Buttafly007 oh good luck!! I hope you enjoy it! just a heads up if you have the same brand (Sunny), the nob underneath, make sure to tighten it ALL THE WAY otherwise the steps won't come up 🤣 sent me mad trying to find an answer - from there you can loosen it to make steps easier ♡

calories on machines is false. A 80 pound girl to a 400 pound man, is way different. The heavier you weigh the more you work out.
