How many more regenerations does The Master get when he was out of them back in Classic Who and cheated the system then...and still is somehow?
He died before the Time War, then was resurrected (thereby granting him a complete new regeneration cycle, allowing for a further 13 incarnations).
The original regeneration cycle consisted of the William Hughes child incarnation, the James Dreyfus incarnation from the 1st doctor adventure box sets, and the Rodger Delgado Incarnation. There's obviously some gaps in here, and it's my personal head canon that the War Chief from the War Games is the Master and fits in there somewhere.
There is then the era where the Master is stuck body snatching to prolong his life, this starts with the Pratt/Beevers crispy incarnation, which is theoretically a decomposed version of the Delgado Incarnation. He then possesses Tremas and becomes the Ainley incarnation, who is reverted back to the Beevers incarnation for a short period before becoming the Tipple incarnation, who is then executed by the Daleks and possesses Bruce to become the Roberts incarnation. He is then AGAIN reverted back into the Beevers incarnation before finally succumbing to his decomposition.
Needing warriors for the Time War, the Timelords resurrect the Master and grant him an extra regeneration cycle. This includes the Macqueen reborn incarnation, the Child incarnation, the Jacobi War incarnation, the Simm Saxon incarnation, the Gomez Missy incarnation, the McKee Lumiat incarnation, and the Dhawan Spymaster incarnation. If these are the only incarnations they've had since the resurrection, they're 7 lives into their 2nd cycle, so they still have 6 more lives.
