The Twelfth Doctor it depends on the reason why he burned down their planet. He mentioned “ I had to make them pay “ and you can see her reaction is contemplation it’s not anger meaning she’s wanting to see why first before formulating an opinion thus planning a reaction. If the master is angry about whatever the reason is then so will be the doctor just not to the same extent . Let’s not forget the doctor is responsible for the planet being destroyed the first time when she was trying to put a stop to the war.

Yeah but Pending si right, the first time the doctor planned to destroy the entire planet, innocent citizens included, and he actually went on for years thinking he had slaughtered millions of gallifreyan children (I know, he actually never killed any of them, but that is mainly because of Clara, at one point we had three doctors just about to press the doomsday botton together)

Back around 1995, a group of college students made a fan film which explains how the Doctor got to be called "the Doctor" and why the Master hates the Doctor so much: (See: ruclips.net/p/PLA5BFFC39794A5655) It's in four parts and just remember that this was filmed in 1995, before most folks had access to professional-level video equipment. The episodes are called "the Collectors" and it's very much in the vein of the Classic Series.
When will it end? I'm sorry to say Doctor that it never will, you'll be chasing each other around the galaxy, until you finally break, and he holds you dying and broken. And realises that you both wasted your time together fighting.

Nicolas Harrison I’m pretty sure he doesn’t normally hear it now, he just remembers it. It would be like hearing drumming in your head for thirty years and then finally ending it. But then someone plays that beat at age 35, it would bring up all the memories of when you heard the sound before. If that makes sense.
I believe Missy was approaching sanity, and The Doctor protected her from the beat while he was playing her warden, trying to lure out the good friend he once had in The Master. I also believe he was successful. Missy killed The Master which led to her regeneration into existence. To bad The Master returned the favor... and had a back up in case of emergency.
