I just wanted to let you know for the first time after watching your videos for years,, please make videos for as long as you can manage!! Until you become grandma Hana :) There are people out there like me who get encouraged by your honest videos for years.
The vlogs are always nice to watch that they feel like they end in the blink of an eye. 😊
My granny and later my mum usually tie plants to wooden sticks (for example, the ones that they give you in restaurants or deliveries) They don't tie them too tight, just giving them enough space to grow. The sticks help the plants not to fall down so maybe that trick might help you with your banana plant. Lovely video as usual Hana, thank you so much, love you all!

Girl don’t be disheartened about your gaining muscle it takes time. My body is completely different two years later. Eat a lot of protein and do rdl’s, Bulgarian split squats, and overall stay consistent. It takes time
