How to make an Easter Pavlova!
Thank you all for the lovely response to me coming back to youtube last week, it meant alot!
Here I am with another delicious Easter themed beauty of my Easter Pavlova. It’s much more simple to make than you think, and it is such a showstopper. I LOVE IT! Find the full recipe below!
For the Meringue
■ 6 medium egg whites
■ 300 g caster sugar
■ 1 tsp white wine vinegar
■ 1 tsp cornflour
■ 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Filling
■ 450 ml double cream
■ 2 tbsp icing sugar
■ fruit - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc!
■ freeze dried raspberries
■ Easter chocolates
