The froggycrossing feature made me laugh so hard
Nooks Cranny sells the Turkey Day recipes in shop close to Thanksgiving so you don't have to do the event to get those recipes. Also, playing around that time would be ideal to get a lot of autumnal recipes from balloons too. I am loving this DIY challenge!

A tip for money trees if you are time travelling, if you make it evening, it will make the glowing spot easier to see
It's the 30 day DIY Descent into Madness! 😁 By day 30 you're just throwing Bunny Day stuff everywhere 😂
I am pretty sure you know this already but just in case. When you find a resident crafting after every three hours you can find another one crafting up to the limit of residents you have on your island {3-5 residents 1 DIY, 6-8 residents 2 DIY's, & 9-10 residents 3 DIY's}.

If no one comes to tour your island I will throw digital hands. No kidding aside nice progress for the day!!! If you want more nookmiles you can use the new years glitch. Time travel to January 1ste 04|58, wait till the day resets at 05|00 and go get the new years bonus (500) at the nook miles station. After claiming reset back to January 1st 04|58 and repeat !!!! If you have extra time you can do the 5x a day. It’s a bit tedious but it does give quite some miles.

The positive side of time traveling in the evening is that you won't miss Celeste when she is on your island.

Halfway mark!! Absolutely loving this challenge, and if I had another switch, I would love to try it. One tip for your beach diys: you can drop things along the shore so things don't spawn in those spots. You can leave a small section of beach empty so you dont have to run all around to look for the diy (or gulliver/gullivar.) Can't wait to see how the island turns out! ❤

Another way of getting DIYs is to dive into sea, when you'll find the scallop, Pascal will appear and he'll gift you either items or DIY, plus you can sell other sea creatures and pay off the home loan😄

If you fill the shoreline completely with shells except for one spot in front of your house perhaps, that'll be the only place a bottle can spawn.
Not to make things more stressful but villagers craft three times in a day about 4 hours apart. it depends on when you start the island in comparison to when they wake up and go to bed. you are doing great.

Re: the trees, I had that issue too! You can transplant them to where you want once fully grown, but for some reason putting trees close together like that keeps them from growing.
Go rest and gain some of your sanity back your gonna need it on this one 😅😂.

@@CrossingMinute oops, I definitely could have missed that- I was thinking of the DIY bundles in Nook’s outside of the Slingshot recipe! Also, I think you can buy or get some packs on Harv’s Island, but don’t quote me on that

Great video! I always thought turnips rot if you time travel with them. 🤔 Also, I notice a bit of a stutter lag on your island. Mine is like that too, but I thought it was from too many items. I know you moved your forever island to a Switch Lite, but assume this is on a full a size Switch.

I need to do a diy hunt but maybe try to see if i can find the the golden rose wreath diy. And i dunno if anyone will see this and I'll delete this if it's against the rules but, I'm also trying to find the shell dress (not the mermaid fishy dress pascal gives you for giving him scallops) but my able shop has never had that item available and I've been playing for 3 years!! Can anyone help me out? Or tell me what maybe wrong. Its summer still...
