    Wonderfully performed. When I hear this I freeze, then melt, then get on fire again and repeat! Much love from LA! Chopin lover for life ❤️

    I have the sheet music for this piece, but I never had the chance to learn this, because of homework and the Conservatorium.
    I have been learning piano for 4 years (5 years with the current one), but the first three years were quite useless, because I changed the teacher once a year, and it’s obvious that every teacher has his own teaching method.
    One year ago, my parents and friends convinced me to go to the Conservatorium, and after the entrance test all the professors gave me compliments, But (there are always buts) my piano professor told me that I hadn’t technic, and that was not my fault.
    He said one thing that is glued to my mind and so will be forever: “You are like a World-Level car-racer who wasn’t told how to put his hands on the steering wheel.”
    I had to restart EVERYTHING!
    I was used to play Chopin’s Waltz in A minor, Clint Mansell’s Requiem for a Dream, but I had to erase the bad technic from my mind...
    I have been practicing very much even if I study at a Lyceum, so much that I could learn Debussy’s Arabesque No.1 this summer. My solfege professor told me that almost for sure I will can pass directly to the third year, and probably I’ll learn one of Chopin’s Ètudes this year.
    If you have read this from the beginning to here, I want to say thank you, you are very patient and this is a great thing for living in our society!
    I wanted to write this “poem” to make people understand one thing: effort is the way, the way to success.
    How many effort did Chopin put in his work? Will you ever get to his composing/playing level? Discover it! Just try! And it’s not only about music, you should try putting effort in everything you do! This way we can create hope for a better future. Thanks for reading :}
