For testing Touch Disease I believe it’s best practice to pull and hold a scrolling menu, then twist the frame a bit to see if it lets go of the menu. Board probably needs to be screwed in for this. Have you tried the quick and dirty method of poking M1 with a jumper without removing the chip at all? I found it surprisingly easy
Honestly, I never use mine. I would not recommend getting one. I got mine from prime tech tools. Although I think they're rebranded Durio ultrasonic cleaner or something like that

We do 2-3 data recovery jobs a week.

We clear the shorts caused by the water damage. Ultrasonic cleaner doesn't do that.
