- Full Stop Australia Chief Executive Karen Bevan labeled the national cabinet meeting to address the surge in domestic violence “a good first step”.
This comes after reports revealed 27 women have died from gender-based violence in Australia in 2024.
Ms Bevan told Sky News Australia “we need some kind of major public movement on the prevention end”.
“That’s where those big picture, national enquiries could focus.”
“The best way to prevent women dying as a result of intimate partner violence is to change the dynamic of relationships.”
Restore equal rights for men and stop the suicidal frustration of helpless men.
Avo's are causing the problem..
Don’t forget Men are affected by this as well
Maybe it's women who need to change?
Men do need support and rights.
naaagh, aboriginal men have zero respect for their women. The culture is millenia`s old.
Who’d a thunk demonising boys and describing masculinity as toxic would create social problems with some of these boy’s when they become adults?
Who bulli3s, women, who influences their children from birth , mothers, but ye, use big words, rake in big salaries, big note yourselves, achieve nothing, get an award
Take the vote off women that will help...
Rubbish.
They meant they have had enough of you for all Australian reason
Her name is karen! 🤣🤣😂😂

Jesus already laid out the truth on this. He said love and honor your husband or wife, and said the woman is the weaker vessel...meaning she can't stand up to being treated physically harsh. Jesus also called out women who might mock and talk trash. Jesus has the answer.
The problem is, most people don't want God's way, which is the only way to have a truly fulfilling relationship, so they have to settle for soemthing much less and fraught with all the problems that beset the human sin condition.
“The best way to prevent women dying as a result of intimate partner violence is to change the dynamic of relationships"
Perhaps women should just forget about having intimate partners, or choose better quality men. I know that is a revolutionary concept, but it might just work.
Better quality men will expect quality women, wgo decides quality, how do you solve the issue of lower quality, you see? We are back to culture and who influences children , some mothers are clearly not cut for the job
@@user-en9jk8rf8v I go by character. I am much more attracted to the character of the person than their education or social status. Women often base their choices on the man being of higher social status and wealth.
Well, this is bound to swell the ranks of MGTOW. Be careful of what you ask for, ladies.
Well said 👍🏽
It's a cultural issue. It's not colour or religion, it's a gender thing, this starts at home
It's emotional abuse by women who don't have to be accountable for it
W0men are em0tionally abusing men and expect to just walk away?
All those single mother's raising most of the kids, and over 75% of dv deaths for children are committed by the mothers. But hey...
First of all, let's put aside the insane increase in the cost of cheap and nasty rental accommodation that led Mr Cauchi to desperation. Prevention, you say?
Okay, here is what you need to teach all the children since Graeme Rchardson tells us that they don't have enough parental instruction to know what they should have been taught before they finished kindy:
RULES of ENGAGEMENT (not engagement for marriage, in case you're confused already)
1. Don't hit people bigger than you.
2. Don't shout at people bigger than you.
3. Don't lose your temper around people bigger than you.
4. Don't throw thiongs like wine glasses or saucepans at people bigger than you.
5. Don't try to stab people bigger than you.
6. Don't throw hot liquids at people bigger than you.
7. Don't try to run over people bigger than you.
8. Don't physically attack people bigger than you.
We can leave number 9 and number 10 for the experts to fill in up there. This goes for boys and girls, so don't worry ladies, it's not sexist.
don`t runts get a run?
